All the experience was excellent. One of the employees went above and being on helping my grandson when he didn't really have to. Also the Manager the manager at the restaurant the Friday we went is very kind and attentive, that I haven't seen in a long while in this restaurant with management, with kind employees you always want to come back

Food was mediocre and we had horrible service. Our booth was covered in sauce and it took 10 mins to get someone to pick up a rag and clean it up. Drinks were about a 20-30 min wait every time.

Its the not same PF changs anymore. Food is below even 2 star quality.
Worst PF Changs I've been to, sadly. Brought appetizers and main at same time super fast they wanted to get us out of there even tho restaurant wasn't anywhere near full. Then waitress over charged us for things we didn't order and was combative. When I got back to Canada I saw she added herself a nice tip fraudulently on my credit card.

First time visiting a P.F. Chang's and what a disappointment. Atmosphere is terrible. Loud club music in a Chinese restaurant? Food was cold and no flavor. Very bland. Service was at least good but nothing special. Here's a tip. When you think you want to go to this place, go to Panda instead. It's half the price and tastes better.
