The food and service isn't the way I remembered. The quality & service seem to be going downhill. We made a reservation for two for 7pm and arrived a few minutes early. We ended up having to wait over 45 minutes to be seated after constantly checking on our availability. We were seated outside as per my request. I understand that they might have been short staffed but really? Our meals came out cold and they took almost 40 minutes for my beverage. The food was missing the taste that I am used to from PF Changs in other locations. The lettuce wraps had fingerling size leaves. I don't think I will be back to this location..... Terrible Food & Terrible service!........

Customer service was exceptional. The hostess greeted us upon arrival and the waitress immediately approached us with a smile upon being seated. Burt came to our table to welcome and thank us for visiting. We commend Burt, Senior manager, for making us feel welcome. We will definitely return soon. Thank you

This place was way better than expected. We got the noodles, mongolian beef (recommended by the waiter), spare bbq ribs, and the great wall China chocolate cake. Great food, dinner for 2. Spent about 85 USD in total which was a little more than I expected to spend but alright I guess.

I had the Sea Bass and it was delicious! The lettuce wraps and spare ribs, which I could’ve eaten as an entree together were also my favorite. Little pricey and parking at the LB location isn’t the best unless you don’t mind valet. However, the ocean views were great while enjoying an old fashioned whiskey from the bar! Service was good and managers were attentive. Would definitely come back.

My favorite PFChangs...beautiful location. The parking is challenging so love the ferry ride from Alamitos Bay. Food is delicious, great sea bass, salmon, lettuce wraps. Service is good and Management is attentive and accessible.

The Reservation is such a joke had a Reservation at 5:30pm it was 6:30pm when I walked out asked multiple times for an update and was told I was next but other parties kept getting seated

My husband and I visit P.F. Chang’s as part of our anniversary celebration each year and visited this location since we were in the area. Our experience while visiting today was not only pleasant, but heartwarming and personable due to the above and beyond serve we received from Randi and Bert. Randi was not only patient, but extremely helpful in assisting us place our order…she’s a hard worker and takes care of the customers! Bert, the Senior Manager was kind, friendly, and a pleasure to meet. He actually took time to talk with us as we waited for our order. I’m so grateful to Randi and Bert for adding a great memory to this milestone anniversary.
