5 stars. Decor, service, and taste were all so good. My only comment is that the pad Thai and other dishes the table ordered had way to many bean sprouts to noodle ratio. I loved the lamps too.

This is a hidden gem in Long Beach. The food is amazing, the service is spot on and the location is perfect. They have the best wings (get them extra crispy). This is for sure a place for date nights, school nights, or even every night. :)

Ordered take out and portions were waaayyyy small! We've ordered from here quit a few times and the portions were noticeably lite. Ordered: Egg rolls, orange chicken, pot stickers, vegetable chow mien and an extra rice....$70 and barely fed 3 people.

I ordered the Orange Chicken. I added mixed veggies on the side, which sounded refreshing. The mixed vegetables were all battered and made into little orange chickens ? So that was a bit of a shocker. I’d give this place another try but I was just really turned off by this strange move lol … so just FYI do not add mixed veggies to your orange chicken!! Also too expensive for value in my opinion, but I truly may have felt differently if I just got my mixed vegetables!! ?

Ambiance: 5/5 they have a couple tables for dine in. But, most of the time people would order takeout or call in for a pick up.

The server here is kind soft spoken and just overall so helpful and humble.We had the orange chicken dinner special and the tom yom soup. Both were great. The orange chicken is fluffy light and crisp. The orange zest is on point. The shrimp fried rice is light and not overly seasoned, two crispy pan fried shrimp come on top and it's delightful. The egg rolls come scalding hot so be careful! The soup is savory and just the right amount of sweet. Neither flavor overpowers which creates a delightful balance. I could use more veggies and I feel the portion could be a bit bigger.Everything here so far tastes homemade and made to order even though everything was very fast coming out. If you are a local make sure to come and give it a try. You get a free choice of select app for a yelp review but was in part biased of it. They ask for the review before the app comes out, which I didn't appreciate, but that just splitting hairs. If I don't do the review at the end then just charge me.Aside from that, everything was A+.

Pad Thai Classic is a gem located in Long Beach, CA. The owner, Andy, is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to Thai cuisine. Dishes are innovative, yet true to Thai flavors and tradition. If you are looking for amazing value, top-quality service, and delicious flavors, then you have found your new spot in Pad Thai Classic!I highly recommend the chili garlic fish - a lightly battered and fried white fish with an irresistible sweet/spicy garlic sauce and crunchy garlic. Also, try the panang curry - a warming, creamy curry with the right amount of heat (order this medium hot if you're ready for a slow burn).If you are in Southern California, do yourself a favor and make the drive down to Long Beach and enjoy Pad Thai Classic. My favorite Thai restaurant. It is well worth the drive!!!
