Although the majority of the bar area was empty, service was extremely slow. Cocktails were overpriced, super small and packed with ice. Food was hot when it arrived, but my entire family was up all night with stomach aches. Waiter was friendly but it was so loud in there with the music we couldn't hear anything, and it was so freaking cold inside with no hope of them closing the door or turning off the ice cold AC. All in all an extremely overpriced miserable dining experience. Sad because we really liked this place when we visited last year and went there multiple times. Just doesn't seem to be the same anymore.

Food was delicious. Was a little disappointed with the Padre Benedict plate, didn't come with potatoes just the two small Benedict's. Everyone else's plates looked massive and mine was small. However, we had the Mac n cheese balls and those were amazing! Our waiter was great and service was definitely on pointe.

I had visited this restaurant before Covid and really loved the food. Unfortunately a few months ago we tried to go back and there was no parking lot available. Their parking lot is reserved for their employees and patrons must use street parking. The hostess was not very apologetic when we asked if we could leave the car in their parking lot, where we had already parked by mistake.

$4 taco Tuesday. Can't beat it. Homemade tortillas. Every taxi we had was on point. Fish, asada, Al pastor, fried chicken, birria. All fantastic. Not small tacos either, almost 2x a street taco. Worth $7 regular price, a steal at $4. $8 margarita was very tasty.

This is a gorgeous restaurant with plenty of outdoor spaces and seating. The service is incredible and the food is soooo good. We tried 5 different tacos (jackfruit, asada, carnitas, fried chicken and I don't remember the other lol), the baby back ribs, the soprano burger, the taki corn, and Mac n cheese balls. Omg everything was so good. I highly recommend this place.

Service was great from Ruben . The nachos and aguachiles were tasty. $5 beers during happy hour!. Music wasn't too loud and overall a comfy experience.

Came here on a saturday night with a party of 5. We got seated within 5 minutes and had the best time. The place was busy but the service was fast and the food and drinks came out quickly. The server and manager came by our table multiple times to make sure we were doing well. They also brought us heaters as it was a cold and windy night and we were sitting outside. We had a great time and the food and drinks were wonderful. We have been here for brunch and had a great time on a saturday night. Be sure to check out the Mezcalero bar upstairs as well. We will absolutely be back again and cant recommend Padre enough. Great food, service, drinks and vibes. Thank you so much to Big Lou and Ruben you guys are the best

Went to this restaurant on a Tuesday to enjoy a meal with friends before leaving the city with the Taco Tuesday discount but they still charged the full amount for us which brought the total to more than 3 times what we were expecting. Terrible service, the tacos were mid and not worth the price, would not recommend coming here.

super cute outdoor patio, amazing drinks, and bomb food. they also have amazing happy hour deals. parking is rough but that's to be expected for the area.

Food was good, Service was good, waiter took care of us. A bit too dark while eating, reminds me of the blu bayou in Disneyland. You can stay and have drinks upstairs and a little music to dance.

We came here to celebrate a birthday on a Sunday afternoon. Parking is in the street, so get there early to allow yourself time. I asked to be seated outside since it was a nice day and we were told it would be 10minutes, no problem we didn't mind waiting. Now, there are 2 patios, a main patio and one off to the side near the sidewalk. Everyone was seated in the main patio, but for some reason we sat to the one off to the side. There was no one else seated there and it was too cold. We asked to move which they accommodated. Our server, Kish, seemed annoyed or like we were bothering him. I thought I only felt that way, but the rest of my table did too. It was a let down for the service from him. The chips and guac were good. The salsa is not something I would recommend. It was tomato sauce with chopped up tomatoes. It was not very appetizing and a waste of money. Our table ordered wet burritos (green sauce) and chilaquiles. The chilaquiles were good. The green sauce was too spicy for some at my table, but I really liked it. The sauce has a kick so if you don't like spicy try something else. There is no indication of the spicy level in the menu. My opinion, that should have been the salsa they served with chips. Drinks were on the smaller side, but good and had cute garnishes. We did ask about mimosas but were told they were out of champagne (bummer) Overall I wouldn't come back. The server really made our experience displeasing and the food wasn't good enough, in my opinion, to come back.

Birria burrito was delicious! Definitely on the spicy side, so if you like spice this one is for you. Strawbiscuss margaritas were flavorful!
