First, thank you so much to everyone at Pancake for working on Christmas morning. The two sisters who work here are amazing! They provided excellent service and gave great recommendations. The food and drinks were fantastic! I had a bloody marry and the wife had an espresso martini and both were delicious. Also, the fresh squeezed orange juice was soooo good. We saw an OJ delivered to another table and immediately had to order one for ourselves. I ordered the breakfast burger...

The food was amazing and the atmosphere gave me bar & grill vibes rather than a breakfast restaurant. My only negative experience was my server who brought me my bill right when I took the last bite of my food. I felt a bit rushed and wasn’t offered a refill on my coffee. Also, she seemed very impersonal (I wasn’t looking for a conversation) and very as a matter of fact. She wasn’t rude, but lacked basic communication skills. Would I come back? No, unfortunately.
