Not good. Food isn't fresh like other locations. Fried rice tasted off like the forgot an ingredient too. Just tasted like regular rice. Definitely won't come back. From when I worked at a grocery store way back, my understanding is they staff their Starbucks etc with their own employees. As opposed to the Starbucks, Panda etc staffing their own staff. That would explain why this place is so off

Decided to finally try this place. I thought the food was ok at best, hubby was NOT a fan, made me promise not to go there again. The noodles were a bit dry although I did add soy sauce to help them out. I also bought Orange chicken, walnut shrimp and spicy beef. Everything tasted the same. The spicy beef was not even close to spicy, which also was sweet and indistinguishable from the orange chicken flavor wise. The staff was nice and there was a small line at 3pm on a Sunday afternoon.Kid-friendliness: This food is a kids Pefect idea of dinner! Dessert AND dinner at the same time!Parking: This location is in the Vons market, Bixby Knolls and there is plenty of parking.

Everything is bad at this panda express the people are just rude looking they were jus giving me a look like what did I do I'm just trying get my food and I know I'm black and all but I felt really uncomfortable when the staff were just basically staring into my soul and the food looks like it's not fresh it's basically trash the atmosphere looks dusty and dirty they should really close that one and put Mc donalds or some sort cause this panda express here ain't it??♀️

Having worked in food service and restaurants for 15 years, I understand and sympathize a lot with food service workers. I, however, wasn't making $15-17/hr.The customer service here was potentially great, but failed at the end.I ordered a Bigger plate, specifically because my wife, for some reason, likes their Orange chicken - and Beijing beef and walnut shrimp."May I have a bigger plate, mix noodles and fried rice? Walnut shrimp, orange chicken, and it looks like y'all are out of Beijing beef."PE: We can have some Beijing beef in 7-10 minutes.Me: That's fine. I'll wait.Time passes. I collect my order and drive 12 minutes home to realize they didn't include THE ENTREE LY WIFE SPECIFICALLY WANTED.When I called, the woman (who was the shorter Asian woman who works there) started yelling at me.I told her to put someone else on. I was connected to the other woman who was working - the one who took my order at 6:35PM Dec 4, 2022.I explained the situation and was informed "We didn't charge you for the Bigger Plate."It's not about money. I always pay for what I order. It's the fact I didn't get what I ordered.This is why I do not go to Panda Express and will never return. Everyone deserves a living wage - there is no question. But it's pretty frustrating when folks can't do the basic job of scooping food into a box.Now for food:Beijing Beef - 8/10. Freshly made, great flavor.Walnut Shrimp - 3/10 cold, breading falling off, sitting under warmer for too long. Almost rubbery.Orange chicken - Who knows? 0/10Veggie Spring Rolls - 3/10, cold, not crunchy. Wet/moist inside.

This is an automatic ONE. At Panda I got some food for my kids. One of them was a picky one and only gets noodles. So being the considerate mother I am I got him a small box of noodles. He ate the whole thing, the next day, he wakes up with, NAUSEA AND DIARRHEA. I wont be coming again anytime soon.
I was very disappointed in my combo meal, rice and noodles were dry and lack flavor. The beef was dry and hard,shrimp rubbery. Wasted money, appeared to have been overlooked or microwave. Taste like old food.Attempts of calling we unanswered by employee's.

After groceries shopping I decided to buy combo meal ,I was very disappointed after tasting my meal the rice and noodles was dry no flavor. The beef and shrimp appeared to be over cooked . Maybe leftover from day before and microwaved. Attempted to call to complain however nobody answered phone ,wasted money and poor customer service

Food quality is bad compared to other locations since the workers don't make it efficiently and often rush. We waited in line for one dish for 20 minutes. Too long for fast food.

I do not want to say this to be mean, but just to alert anyone concerned. And maybe it's just my taste buds, but the last few times I have eaten at this Panda Express, the Orange Chicken had a burned taste to it and once it actually was burned pretty bad. The Orange Chicken is the only thing I order, as I am allergic to gluten, it is a treat for me. I usually go there after shopping at the Vons grocery store that it is in. I seem to forget every time I am there about this issue. Yesterday, I waited 15 mins for them to open, only to be disappointed again. This location is so convenient for me. My hope in writing this is that the right person will see it and something can be changed. Also, I hope this helps me to remember to skip it the next few times I am there and hopefully it will improve.
