Terrible customer service. The manager was an absolute jerk when their system went down and was rude when I tried to pay with my card. Instead of handling it properly, he actually asked me to Zelle him directly -- unbelievably unprofessional and shady. I will never come back here.

I’ve been to Panini Kebab at LBX several times, and the food really is excellent fresh, flavorful, and consistently delicious. Unfortunately, the service and wait times have been poor every visit. Each time I’ve come, I’ve dealt with long delays and inattentive service, and today was no different. I even brought my sisters, who are senior citizens, and it was uncomfortable to have them waiting so long without even offering water.

The food deserves praise, but the overall experience keeps falling short. After giving this place multiple chances, this will probably be my last visit.

I did not enjoy my experience here. I was already having a tough day dealing with the loss of someone close, and I was hoping for a peaceful meal. Unfortunately, the service made things even harder.

When I arrived, the host was friendly and very accommodating about seating me in the shade since it was hot outside. That part I appreciated. But once I sat down, the issues began. I was on an important call, and the server kept coming up to me trying to take my order. Instead of waiting until I was finished, she kept pressing, asking if she could get me something. A simple glass of water or a beverage napkin would have been an appropriate, quiet acknowledgement until I was ready. It felt rude and intrusive to keep interrupting.

Even after I asked for a few minutes, she continued coming back, almost rushing me to order. Good service is about reading the guest, and in this case, she missed the mark completely. On top of that, she started venting to me about her neighbor’s dog while I was still trying to settle in. I sat and listened politely, but it was the last thing I needed in that moment.

When I asked for no onions due to an intolerance, she told me it was “too much labor for the cooks.” I was honestly shocked. Removing onions from a kebab is not complicated, and it was the wording that made the interaction so off-putting. She quickly went into “I can get the manager,” when it wasn’t even that serious. Thankfully, the kitchen did end up preparing the dish without onions, and the food itself was delicious. The kebab was flavorful, though the salad was very dry until I asked for more dressing.

After I finished eating, I waited about 10–15 minutes for a box and to pay my bill. I finally got up to head inside, and I could tell she was annoyed that I did so, as if it made her look bad. My bill came to $39, and despite everything, I still tipped her $6. But as I was leaving, I overheard her talking negatively about me not finishing my wine—loud enough for me to hear—and even shaking her head at me. That was the final straw. I could have complained and sent the wine back to be voided off my bill, but instead I paid for it. I wasn’t in the best mood to begin with, but I was not rude, snappy, or disrespectful toward her at any point. I spoke politely the entire time, even while processing a very difficult day. I sat on the patio with my small dog in a stroller at around 2:30pm

What an amazing place definitely one of my top favorite restaurants to go to. The family size meal that they offer is the best. The foods always delicious and always fresh.

Always love the Mediterranean salad and the Kabob combo plate. Plenty of food and great service. Highly recommend this place if you’re in the mood for Mediterranean food.

Comfortable booth available along with delicious, healthy options. Great bathrooms, but they ran out of toilet paper and seat protectors lol. Still get 5 stars though 🙂

The food changed. Been coming here since it opened. Burnt black kabob gets served at our table: how did this kabob pass the chef to the server ? 3” of black on kabob. It’s like they decided” let’s see if cst is gonna say anything “
Aside of that on the meat , I requested medium.it was dry well done.

No flavor on the white rice. Very disappointed. Service top notch. But we came for the food right?

This place has been a special occasion place for our family. Not any more. Shame on you , to think we should accept discounted food.

Too embarrassed to say a thing. But we gently did. And NOTHING was offered to fix it.
And it turned into a meal : we wanted it to be over.

If the chef and server ignored the black burnt on Kebob …. My take:It was akward. It can kill any meal vibe. And it did.

3:30 Lunch-Food fresh, large portions. Kabob cooked perfect-Salad had nice crisp taste-rice evenly cooked. A value for the price.

Dinner last night, my wife received her meal in reasonable time, but I didn’t get mine till 15 minutes later. Waite staff was fine. But after talking to the manager, I was told the takeout side was really busy and that my meal was delayed for 15 minutes. Showed no sign of caring. The manager, wasn’t managing. She couldn’t bother to see me till asked for a manager. She apologized, but very insincere. Our 2nd time there , waite staff is good , but I can’t see going back Nothing says I don’t care like this manager.

I had a wonderful experience at this Mediterranean restaurant. The staff is friendly and welcoming, making you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in. The restaurant itself is spotless and has a warm, inviting atmosphere that adds to the dining experience. All of the food I tried was very fresh and absolutely delicious, especially their selection main dishes. You can tell they use high-quality ingredients. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for authentic Mediterranean flavors and great service.
