Sad to say I ordered a pizza was told my pizza will arrive within 45 minutes I called in when it was 40 minutes I was told to delivery doordash guy left with the pizza 10 minutes ago by then my family and kids are still starving I'll call back in a second time it's been an hour now I was transferred once I get transferred the guy picks up the phone I inquire about the pizza explain everything to him they said the pizza was dropped off I'm confused where was the pizza dropped off because I'm paying cash never paid with a debit or credit card over the phone so where was the pizza dropped off couldn't tell me anything else can explain anything but just say sorry I would have to take this up with the manager because I'm now still starving me and my family no one could explain where did the pizza go it never came to me
The representative that helped me in the store was very nice and generous. He also made suggestions for my food service selection.

Please get it together with the service at this location. It’s crazy that the lack of just basic care and lack of awareness is here. This location must be union or just really need on people cause first, the way this location cheats the system into thinking your order is ready when it is not. Two, just the attitude and non care for your paying customers. How can one think this type of service is okay? We get it it’s busy and Friday night, but these things can be prevented Definitely trying other papa John’s locations
