Sad to say I ordered a pizza was told my pizza will arrive within 45 minutes I called in when it was 40 minutes I was told to delivery doordash guy left with the pizza 10 minutes ago by then my family and kids are still starving I'll call back in a second time it's been an hour now I was transferred once I get transferred the guy picks up the phone I inquire about the pizza explain everything to him they said the pizza was dropped off I'm confused where was the pizza dropped off because I'm paying cash never paid with a debit or credit card over the phone so where was the pizza dropped off couldn't tell me anything else can explain anything but just say sorry I would have to take this up with the manager because I'm now still starving me and my family no one could explain where did the pizza go it never came to me

Please get it together with the service at this location. It’s crazy that the lack of just basic care and lack of awareness is here. This location must be union or just really need on people cause first, the way this location cheats the system into thinking your order is ready when it is not. Two, just the attitude and non care for your paying customers. How can one think this type of service is okay? We get it it’s busy and Friday night, but these things can be prevented Definitely trying other papa John’s locations

Pizza was alright this time around, but take a hard pass on the chicken wings. They were tiny.. not worth the dough. Papa or otherwise.

Sending lovely...delicious, Hott and fresh pies done to perfection is honestly a dying art. I appreciate you and If you're able to knock out the basics (i.e. large cheese pizza) with ease (the order was so quick I felt late getting outside ha), I look forward to the pizza possibilities & inspiration to come!
The crust was on point with just the right amount of oven golden crisp while remaining soft and chewy--the ratio of sauce to cheese...perfect; then toss in the dough (pun intended) and it clear these guys have it down to a science. I was slightly hesitant to order pizza of all things on new years day, but I can say I made at least one good decision in 2025 ha! Papa John's, thank you and I'll most certainly be comin' back to get me some.
