Our experience started off excellently. But quickly went downhill when our table was left unattended. No one came over to our table to check on us after our food was served for 30 minutes. We had to continually flag people down. It was a struggle to get service. The manager never came over to address the issue despite three servers who were not assigned to our table apologizing. The manager Matt, was quite dismissive. Sadly, we go to Parker‘s at least once a quarter and have never experienced this poor service in the past. Due to the issue, they removed 30% off our bill. However, the manager should've come over to address it and didn't. The only reason I gave two stars is because the service started off wonderfully.
This was a nightmare experience. The service was terrible and the food was just as bad. Our bill was also outrageous considering what we go. Disgusting restaurant.
We celebrated my mother‘s 90th birthday. The food was pretty good. I had the Mixto Del Mar which was a special and included some fried clams some fried mullet, fried shrimp over some vegetables. I think it was very good . The fish was fresh and it came with 1000 island type of tartar sauce, which was good. I think it could've been better with a multitude of sauces that would have elevated the plate. My wife had the Chilean Seabass, which she said was good but slightly fishy and was cooked properly, but probably was not the best that she had. My niece had the Ahi tuna which looked very good and she said it was good. My mom had a special plate that they did for her which was grilled shrimp skewers with some fingerling potatoes. she enjoyed that very much and I think it was nice for the restaurant and the waiter to put that together for her. We had a couple of cocktails and a couple of beers. It is a wonderful place the views over Long Beach Harbor and the Queen Mary are pretty spectacular. The building itself is old. Parker‘s lighthouse has been there for a long time and it does show its age although our waiter was very attentive to us early on. He seemed to be a rush to go home and felt a little bit rushed towards the end of the evening. I ordered a coffee at the end and it was lukewarm. We had another birthday dinner at a restaurant with a similar menu in Costa Mesa a couple of days earlier, which I thought was better quality food, nicer ambience, and ended up being less expensive than the meal here. All in all I was satisfied.
We had an amazing time! I reserved through open table and indicated that we were celebrating our anniversary. The moment we walked in we warmly greeted by the hostess and she happily congratulated us on our anniversary! We were sat in a beautiful area and the server (I believe his name was Will) was spectacular! He even brought us a glass of champagne for us to toast! He was so kind and accommodating! The food was phenomenal! The views were beautiful! It was the best experience! Thank you everyone!
House wine, Merlot, drinkable but have minor flaws or lack complexity. Sea Bass under cooked and bland. However side dish made up for the fish. Browner dry, however butter cake was excellent. Apple cake lacked apples Ambiance outdoor was relaxing, quiet and view of water was cathartic. Overall , expensive, pleasant relaxing experience. Zenia
We celebrated my husband's 50th birthday at Parker's Lighthouse and had a wonderful experience. The patio offered a beautiful view, which made the evening feel extra special. Service was excellent; attentive and friendly without being overbearing. The food was exceptional, from start to finish. A perfect spot for a celebration or a nice night out!
Beautiful day. Started with crab dip, then mixed seafood grill, bottle of wine, and creme brulee. What's not to like? This is my go-to place that brings back fond memories of years and years of family, food, and fun. I can say, that I've never been disappointed. From the days on the third floor enjoying a bucket of steamed claims and Long Island Iced Teas to the lunch we enjoyed today. I love Shoreline Village and Parkers Lighthouse.
Had a Date with my girlfriend & was seated almost immediately! Our Server Naomi was great! And had an amazing dinner! Thank you!
The food is amazing, the restaurant is clean stylish and the views are outstanding. Edward our server was always on point with good humor great service and accurate orders. Basically an all around wonderful dining experience. Thank you Parker's Lighthouse for always being consistently wonderful.
We had an amazing lunch, from the hostess checkin to our wonderful wait staff! Thank you for making our anniversary special!

Not worth the money! The plate was hot and the food Luke warm. The size of the filet mignon was tiny, tiny, the six of a 50 cent piece. It was overcooked, not at all medium rare, burnt on the outside and tough. There was lots of grissel. The service was ok, but not fast. We had reservations at 6:30 and waited 20 minutes to be seated. We were told our table of 5 was not ready. Meanwhile other parties of 2,3, and 4 were walking in and being seated immediately. Our drink order took time too. The room we dined in was smelly (cigarettes smoke) and dreary. The carpet and decorative dated and old. The place needs a refresh! Bottom line, the Parker's Lighthouse was not worth it. I do-not recommend it and will not go again. One more thing, the cocktails were interesting and the wine list lousy. I would have expected a better wine selection
It was awesome! The whole vibe of the restaurant is captivating and the food was excellent. Service was great, too. I was never even without a refill! Thank you so much.
We had a wonderful meal at Parker's Lighthouse. Our first visit. It was my birthday, and a friend recommended it to us a week ago. So glad I immediately got a reservation. The food was spectacular, the view from our outdoor table stunning, and the service from Seymour was professional and warm. Can't say enough. My husband ordered the mixed grill and raved about the crab cake. I loved the scallops with spinach and potatoes. We topped it off with a shared butter cake which was divine. We'll be back! It was an impressive, special, yet not-stuffy meal. Thank you.
Food was fabulous! Salmon dish was the best I've had! Service was adequate. Noise level would have been fine if we had not been seated right next to a group of 4 drunk men, who were extremely loud. I would definitely go back, if just for the great food.
Seafood Linguini was excellent and plentiful. Scallops melted in your mouth. John was an excellent waiter, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. The crème brûlée was a great way to end the meal.
