I ordered through DoorDash today, 2 crispy pata. They gave me 1 crispy pata and the other, 2 pieces of lechon which were overcooked that the meat is so tasteless, not to mention overly done and dry. Philhouse could at least have picked better cooked lechon (not overly cooked).

First off the food was great regardless of it being so expensive, but makes me not want to spend my money when the service sucks. The dude kept laughing at my sister when she was ordering food for a family lunch, but the second she got our mom on the phone, they all shut up and realized we can understand them. 😭 God please get it together because there are other reviews talking about the service and it’s not just me.

Customer service here is terrible so I had to physically go to this location because they decided not to post thier number on the website then when I got there just to ask a question on prices for catering they did not even acknowledge me I was standing there while they where doing other things not knowing I was gonna buy $400 worth of catering the old lady and the young lady looked upset when I said hello can I get some help but because of this I decided to bring my business somewhere else
It's a little expensive. They have good grilled food. We went the day they have buy one get one free plates and halo Halo. I was looking forward to the desert and really enjoyed it. Really good.

meat was well done...not as tender, difficult to eat. as we have experienced prior to this and it was a half pan. majority of dishes were good. Lumpia was a hit.
