Customer service here is terrible so I had to physically go to this location because they decided not to post thier number on the website then when I got there just to ask a question on prices for catering they did not even acknowledge me I was standing there while they where doing other things not knowing I was gonna buy $400 worth of catering the old lady and the young lady looked upset when I said hello can I get some help but because of this I decided to bring my business somewhere else

I used to be happy to buy foods from you there because you put a lot of foods. The togo box almost exploded. So I often give you tips. Now it's different. It should be that since there is a pandemic, you should increase the amount of foods you put in to relieve our missing Filipino cuisine. Then your SMELT (fried small fish) seems to be mixed with old ones. The others are crunchy but some will also stretch! It's just really sad that it seems like what we pay for our foods is not worth it!

My family and I went to PhilHouse for dinner, and we were disappointed in one particular lady's attitude and lack of enthusiasm. According to the receipt, the lady's name was "Nelly R", and she was short in height, rude, unfriendly, and grumpy. We were made to feel like burdens by her lack of smiling. When my brother suggested she smile when she served customers, she said, "we are all humans, and we get tired too.". ??♂️ There were other customers nearby who heard her say this and accused my brother of being harsh. ? Fortunately, those customers who heard her speaking also said that she was rude and that the service was slow. It was a disappointing experience, and I was expecting the lady serving us to be kinder and more understanding since she was also Filipino. ???
