I understand the topic of bad customer service these days has been beaten to death in the news and social media but this Philly’s location really took the cake.We went to pick up our phone order tonight and the young lady who charged us and handed us our bag was so unbelievably rude.My husband and I were very polite and for whatever reason got three eyerolls out of her in our 60 second transaction.We walked back in immediately because something was missing from our order and she acted like it was OUR fault. She gave it to us with an extra eyeroll before we left. We must have been inconveniencing her.Food here is fantastic, and that deserves at least 4 stars in my opinion, but I will not return to this location.

It was good. I ordered the Philly's Best with cheese, mushrooms and sweet peppers. Buuut, I got regular bell peppers mehhh. Cheese was mostly on one half of the sandwich. It was tasty and I did enjoy it with the grilled onions and mushrooms.
Honestly this place was not all that. I think Jersey Mikes is way better. I got the Italian and it was plain and bland. It didn't look like nothing they where advertising it looked like they just threw everything in together with no effort. The cashier made this place a 1 star. I didn't get his name but his attitude towards us was ok. He just really didn't care about anything. The cook asked him how many Italian subs and he said "1 here 1 to go but take your time no rush". Also our table was dirty I had to get a napking and clean it up myself. When me and my bf where eating the same cashier answered the phone and it was a costumer complaining about Doordash getting the order wrong. He was nice to the costumer over the phone but when he hung up he started mimicking the costumer with another employee (cook). The cook didn't reply back with any negative comments she stayed quiet. But for a employee to be mimicking another customer infront of costumers while they are trying to enjoy their meal is not right. I won't be coming back.

I hadn’t had a Philly cheesesteak before and it was ok. I asked about what would be tasty and didn’t receive a clear answer as to what a new comer might enjoy. The sandwich was decent. I did like the tenderness of the meat. Would I go back and order again probably not. Does it bring the desire to try an authentic Philly cheesesteak from Philly yes!

This is my first time here and the staff is so friendly and welcoming. Jeff G, had made me a special Italian Cheesesteak Hoagie and it was breathtaking. The flavours burst in the mouth as you take a bite of the scrumptious cheesesteak. I’d love to try their authentic Philly’s original cheesesteak and Nashville Superhot Cheesesteak next time I come here. Kudos to the chef as made a delicious food when I asked.
My husband and I love this place! Everyone is always so nice and the food is always good. I normally call and place a phone order beforehand. There was one time where I was left on hold for a while and I just placed it online instead. The girl ended up calling me back and apologized. When I picked up my order, she left a note and free treat as well!

Always our Sunday go-to always ordering the Philly Cheesesteak Hoagie and the Chicken Mushroom Cheesesteak. Their onion rings are always great tasting not oily.
