I love Philz! I’ve been a loyal customer ever since I had my first mint mojito cold brew in SF. I come to this store almost every morning, the staff is friendly and the coffee never disappoints (I’m a cold brew fan) and gives me the motivation I need to work lol
It is ok, price is about the same as everywhere else and the coffee isn't horrible but the staff seemed more interested in their conversations than service and as a result it took 10/15 minutes for me to get a cup of black coffee. For the wait, there's plenty of other places.

I came to order an americano... rep said... we dont do americano...just a good cup of coffee... so i was like.. sure. I left with a DAM GOOD CUP OF COFFEE! Wish I lived nearby (business travel) because id be a frequent customer. Thanks "PHIL"... great coffee.
