Really enjoyed trying Philz for the first time. For to-go coffee, it was really well made. The black coffee is much better than starbucks. I also got a chocolate croissant and breakfast sandwich that was fantastic. The chocolate croissant was surprisingly one of the better ones I have ever had.
Absolutely POOOOOR communication and nasty attitude. I ordered from then via uber eats and they failed to give my delivery person my sandwich. Then I called to report and have them remake it and they refused. I got my money back from uber eats and then reordered it as a pick up. I went to pick it up after getting notification it was ready for pick up and when I got there IT WAS STILL NOT MADE!!! So I had to wait which defeated the purpose of me ordering ahead! Like are you serious?!? Truly will never order from here again!

A few days ahora, I went to buy my Every single day coffee, I arrived at the store an when I ordered it, I noticed that I haven't my wallet with me, (it was my second visir to this store, I usually go to the store located in Huntington Beach) The girl behind the counter told me It's by our own don't worry, obviously I was ashamed and I tried for many ways to solve the problem, but in the End she insisted. I have never experienced something like that in a coffee shop.
