The food was absolutely amazing!! the staff was very patient and explained all the condiments and the menu items to us as it was our first time. I would highly recommend the beef and meatball with thick rice noodles. The broth was really flavorful and all the sauces available tasted great.

Simple room, phenomenal soup. The house special rice noodle bowl has a clean, rich broth with minced pork and shrimp—comfort in a spoon. I get a side of Chinese donut to dip because it’s the move. Staff are warm and the menu is easy for first timers. Great breakfast or early lunch spot before the crowds
THE place that put Cambodian style noodles on the map. One of the originals, and iconic restaurants to the city of Long Beach.
It has come a long way since I’ve eaten here years ago when it used to be a little house. The traditional dishes are still great and some interesting fusion dishes like Cambodian menudo and empanadas are worth a try. It has expanded a little since then, but still keeps some remnants of the little house we all used to dine in. I still make that drive whenever I can for the comfort and if you’re ever the LBC, this is the place to be!

This is comfort food. Every time I go I order the tomato beef stew with thick noodles. I sometimes get the standard Thai tea with meals. The only downside is that the place is so popular that there might be a wait to get seated. This is my go-to restaurant when family and friends visit Long Beach.

Everything is freshly made and good! The people there make feel right at home and are very knowledgable about the food and its origins. A Long Beach institution that must be on your to-do list! Eat Well, eat often!

This noodle brisket combo was absolutely delicious! Broth was wonderfully flavorful and then when poured over the noodles and brisket gained the beautiful smoky flavor from the brisket! Next level

A great place to eat with great food and great atmosphere. My family and friends love going there. Me personally I don’t like eating in the restaurant due to the long line and wait time. So I always order for pick up or online for delivery. But all in all they are 10/10 you will never be let down by flavors of the noodle shack.

First time trying Cambodian noodles, thanks to a local friend’s recommendation. The place has a cozy vibe — packed with Cambodian locals even during a late weekday lunch, which says a lot.
We ordered the house special noodles, which come with a bowl of flavorful broth and a big bone on the side, plus the tomato noodle soup. Both were delicious. I especially loved the liver in the house special — wish I had asked for extra.
Both soups were completely new flavors to me, but I enjoyed them both. Prices are very affordable, especially for how much food you get.

We got lucky with a street parking spot but it was noon on a Wednesday afternoon. We waited about 10 minutes and it was worth the wait. Perfectly flavored and well proportioned congee and noodle soup. You get to decide on the mix of thin and thick cut noddles, rice or egg. It's about 15 minutes from the Aquarium of the Pacific if you are planning a Long Beach outing. Be warned it's in an older, slightly run down neighborhood.
