Stopped in Cali for a long weekend and had to try these noodles since we were in Cambodia town. Dear lord were these noodles amazing!! My wife loved her bowl too. The lime soda drink hit the spot on a hot day also. Since we've been back home we wish we could get the same style and flavor so I hope they would do a place on the East coast in the future.

I stopped by Phnom Penh Noodle Shack in Chinatown and it turned out to be one of those small, no-frills spots that locals clearly love. The place isn’t fancy at all, but the food comes out fast and the aroma of simmering broth hits you as soon as you walk in.

I ordered one of their noodle soups, and the broth was the star — rich, savory, and full of flavor without being too heavy. The noodles had a nice texture, and the toppings were generous. You can tell...

First off, peak wait times easily exceed over 1hr+ so ALWAYS join the ONLINE WAITLIST ahead of time before driving over.

We've been here many times so whether you're feeling dry or soup Phnom Penh noodles, you're good to go. Busy neighborhood parking is free, but can be busy and packed.
