This review is for dine in for lunch on a Saturday. If just reviewing for food it would be 4.5 stars on the pho. Big portions, nice flavor and lots of meat at a great value of $17 for a large bowl.
The problem was that we dined in (take out strongly suggested.) The restaurant looks like it needed a face lift in 1998, tons of tables had dirty dishes from previous diners that no one touched when we were there for 45 minutes (but the hostess rolled new silverware set ups...read full review
