This Yogurt is delicious I used to go every other day or even every 2 days but Now !!!! No the prices are way to high a take home froyo almost cost me $20 that is crazy and I didn't even have toppings and they changed extra if you don't use cash this is so sad!

Eric was the only person working when we walked in for Pinkberry on a busy Saturday night and man did he hold down the fort! He was so patient and polite. He explained that they were short staffed but was very pleasant. I wish more places had employees like Eric. Thank you 😊

Floors and tables was dirty, and I had to wait more than 15 minutes just to pick up my already prepared order. The staff ignored me and continued to serve a group of 6 people, Instead of taking LESS THAN 30 SECONDS to give me my order.

This location is filthy dirty . The tables are disgusting don’t even look at the bottom of the tables . Service is even worse no one is ever at the counter you have to say something for them to come out of the back looking upset and aggravated not to mention the homelessness people going thru the trash can.

Enjoy getting a large frozen yogurt. The toppings are fresh. I find it hard to find a pinkberry on the East Coast. I enjoy every time I visit.

Melted Mess…Smallest Possible Portion, Taste was Funky.1st time ordering from this Pinkberry and it will be our last as well. Quality NOT up to par with other locations we have been at.Yogurt was via delivery (which was a 3 min drive to our hotel for POR)Not sure why it was so bad, but it simply was. Not only were the flavors off but the portions were not up to standard and when it came to the “luxury” toppings it was hard and nearly impossible to locate it in one of our 4 items.I will simply say you could tell that they were not made with care for the customer as they were sloppy, the to go bad had NO ice in the bag, as is normal for any takeaway/to-go order at the 5 other Pinkberry’s we’ve eaten at.When your 6 and 3 year both ask “what happened to my toppings” you know they skimped.Not sure if this store doesn’t care, but we won’t be back. Order total came out to $42 pre delivery fees, we got NONE of that value.I should have read the reviews before we ordered as now I’m a bit concerned about the general state of this business. Red flag ?should have been they only had 4 flavors at 8pm on a weeknight and not the usual 6 that a store has.Avoid and don’t spend your money here.Something else a bit odd… The owner of this franchise doesn’t respond to any of the negative comments and feedback that people have left. Also the bulk of positive reviews seem to be from 5+ years ago.
