Irritated I paid 50.00 which included a large pizza in my order and received a medium ! Mind you I ordered on the app so it was just them not actually reading and paying attention !

I ordered my pizzas online. I got my food pretty quickly. The pizza was as amazing as ever! The delivery guy had a little limp due to a little pain, but did not complain about it and delivered my food with a smile. Dedication is appreciated!

They never get my pizza orders right. I prefer thin crust and when I order it it's never done enough on the bottom. I love the thick crust but it's too filling at times and also more calories.

I have came here multiple times But here lately I have been receiving the wrong order And there's no discount for your next order there's nothing plus you have to bring the pizza back so they can redo your pizza and wait another 15 min

I give this place a zero! Definitely not a fan! Never coming back. Rude staff.... Is an understatement I was next to get a parking (general parking not a driver park which they do not have ) I got cut off and yelled at by a older man driver there in a blue bucket car (Pizza Hut driver delivering pizza. ) I honk and he Yelled at me saying he's a driver and other things after cutting me off goes in and comes back out two minutes speeds off upset to deliver. First and foremost I worked a pizza place and if your not happy leave. There no reason to yell at paying customers and take a parking in which they were waiting for! Does not end there they give us the wrong order!

I came in on 2/27/22 requesting a specialty pizza to which was confusing to explain over the phone. I decided to visit the store and brought along a diagram I had drawn on a piece of paper. The Lovely Manager Shaila took care of Me well as She was polite, professional and caring. I strongly recommend this location and look forward to My next visit.
I am so tired of this location. I keep giving them chance after chance and they almost always disappoint in some way. They charge $.75 for extra marinara sauce and they don't even fill the cup up half way! I think I might finally be done. It's like they don't want to keep any customers. Business 101...Don't cheat your customers, especially the loyal ones!

Everything was horrible. Please do not go there. The managers are horrible and unprofessional! Couldn't believe the service! Pizza and the rest of the food we got was horrible! Fix your managers get new ones. Maybe try friendlier manager who are professional not rude ones who wear headphones while they work and do not pay attention! Definitely not a must go to especially if you're hungry, spend your money else where! I would give it 0/5 if that was an option.

When I went on the website in general for pizza hut, I tried to get the big dinner deal for 24.99, but then they kept saying they're adding an extra $9 because I added something extra to the meal when I didn't so I'm guessing they're just trying to cheat people because now the big dinner deal went from $24.99 to $45 without any extras or add ons so this review is for Pizza Hut in general, not just this location alone.

Very unprofessional management that clearly does not understand how the process works. I purchase from multiple pizza huts for our facilities across North America and spend thousands of dollars and when I placed an order to redeem points for my sons elementary school lunch yesterday for pickup today 12/17 at 10:30 am. I received a call 30 minutes before letting me know that there was a limit on how many pizzas I could order using my points. I have used points in the past from the same location for the same amount without any issues. So I guess I can purchase thousands of dollars worth of pizza without a limit but there's a limit on free pizzas using the points I have earned? so thanks to this horrible team Michelle/Sandra and Jaime I had to scramble to find pizza for 30 kids in 30 minutes. Luckily little Caesars is down the street. I still have not seen my points returned so I expect them back ASAP so I can use them (if I'm able to) and then take my business else where.

If you are a fan of Pizza Hut I could say go for it. The location is clean the staff nice. Kinda on the small side with limited parking call in and pick up would be my suggestion. Pizza is a Pizza Hut pizza so if your ordering it it's what you want. Better than some so why not? I'm more about the wings and breadsticks. Overall if your a fan this is a good one to order from if you are in the area.
