Gotta love a business that doesn't respect your time. I've been here a few times, if no reason than it's close and there's are only a few places within walking distance. Each time I wait at least 20 minutes. This time, 20 minutes in and there's still 6 people ahead of me.....than they state there are no more black beans. Requested a refund (it was a bowl), and even than this chain is too cheap to give a paper receipt, probably under the guise of 'saving the planet', more like saving thousands on paper. Go somewhere else, they don't care, and the food is extremely meh.
Last time there was hardly any meat in the 'protein bowl', so will just assume I missed out on sitting on the camode all day.

25 plus minutes total for a crave vox and 2 tacos. Got an argument when I asked why it was taking 20 minutes at the 11:28pm mark. Not sure what a regular guy should do after I pay and can't even get the food I ordered for the family. Sad and ridiculous

I only go to Taco Bell for a rare special treat. On Sep 5, I had just finished a 12-hour work day. I picked up a Crunchwrap and hurried home to eat it. I was so excited to have a satisfying & peaceful dinner. But, I was really disappointed. It barely had any filling. Barely any meat, lettuce, or tomato. It was so thin and most bites were just tortilla. ? You never know how special that particular Crunchwrap might be to that customer. I’m sorry to write this resentful review. Maybe it was just a fluke accident. But please remember that all Crunchwraps matter. ?

It's gotta be the coolest looking Taco Bell on the planet. Love the open air dining patio and hacienda-esque styling. When service is bad it's usually because of terrible patrons. Staff do an honorable job at standing ground and staying sane. There's no drive-thru, which I'm thankful for as it keeps the vibe more peaceful. The biggest bummer about this place is that it used to be a combination with Pizza Hut. The mini pizzas were so delicious and I'm heartbroken they're gone.
Parking: 8 regular and 1 handicap spot in lot, as well as street parking usually available
Wheelchair accessibility: Fully accessible from the parking lot or street, with a short ramp to the bathroom
Both times I've been to this location they've messed up my order. This time I put my order in on the machine and they still added the onions ?. This is the only location that's consistently messed up my order.

I am an Uber eats driver and I got two calls here the other night. I waited 20 minutes for one order as they were only putting out one order every 5 to 10 minutes, The second order what they told me was that it wasn't going to be ready for another 20 minutes or so. They wanted me to stand there and let one order get cold well I waited for the other. This place gets very busy at night and they have horrible service. There were only two employees one of them kept going into the cooler and the other one kept touching his face and his hair and his beard with his gloved hands and then he would make the food. I would never eat at this place I'm glad I'm just an Uber eats driver. That was really disgusting when I saw him touching everything with the gloves and then making the food.
