Worst Customer service ever. Completely left out a personal pan pizza when orderer two when the bag was wrapped up and you couldn't tell. Most incompetent staff I've ever dwelt with there ; specially the older latina woman 4/7/24

Terrible delivery. Pizza was 40 minutes late and cold. I called the store and the person said “they are not our drivers any more”. I tried to call the delivery person to find my pizza and she did not speak English.

I called for pick up when I was leaving my house a door dash driver showed upcouldnt with my food .The man couldn't speak or understand English. I paid already on the phone. But the door dash driver tried charging me double in cash. I told him it was paid already so he left. When I got to pizza hut they said the driver never showed up again.I was told I had to wait while they make it all over again.I was so angry. I just left with no food. They were so rude. The manager couldn't speak English or understand it either.

The pizza arrived cold, and it was dry (no sauce). I called to inform them. Immediately another pizza was sent. The seal was broken and it was warm but still dry. I did not eat it, nor did I call back. That pizza was not the standard of Pizza

Made a mistake on management made it right and she was kind and she also offered ice cream for the two mistakes that were made. Appreciate somebody when they are kind and when they recognize they made a mistake.

Its 9:15p on a weekend and theyre closed(?) Everything says theyre open until midnite but they're closed without explanation. Even weirder when I read a lot of comments of people paying for their food, the place closing early, then never receiving their food or their money back. Kinda weird, maybe Pizza Hut should look into it.....

Uber eats runs a scam as they don’t give you the food as ordered online. Online bill shows pizza? Pizza hut bill shows no pizza. When you talk to them they say “contact your online order”- got a credit for $14. So $49 cad for 12 wings. Pizza hut is zero help.
