The staff working on 9/24/22 at 6:10 PM was very rude. I was told misinformation about my delivery order so I went to pick it up and once I got there I was told (by a man,rudely) that the lady cancelled my order (without my consent). Meanwhile my kids were happily waiting for their pizza and we never received it. Very unprofessional and rude.

I went to get the television advertised deal on medium sized pizza and was told that the TV ad price didn't apply to that particular Pizza Hut. Their pizza was over twice the price of the TV advertised price. So I left disappointed.

Always very good , and they have a helpful and pleasant staff ..Unfortunately.. the cheese is still some sort of rubber substance. Every pizza has an " ever widening " boarder area .. where it's just dried out bread crust .And , unfortunately.. the sauce is generic tomato sauce and ketchup combination.* I think it's much , much worse than the quality of pizza they served years ago .. now , I'm sure to remain competitively priced , the ingredients are the" Bottom of the barrel".. Taste like Domino's now ..** Mind you, there used to be a big difference..Umm .. not any longer !The staff our very nice . They just can't help the ingredients..

Got really bad food poisoning from eating their medium size supreme pizza. I noticed that the dough was a bit raw but didn’t make it a big deal because I cooked it a bit more. But that was a big mistake.I have been down for 4 days and it was horrible.Never again will I come here or eat Pizza Hut!

Rude staff! The woman Yaritza who took my order did not even bother to ask for my real phone number when I placed a pickup order. She entered a fake phone number from Toronto Canada and I discovered this when I picked up my food. This is unacceptable and I won't be returning to this location as a result. Always use the customers real information.

This location needs a lot of work. Manager seemed as if she didn't want to be there. Very disorganized and they didn't have napkins. At 430 in the afternoon they should be stocked up for the night. Everytime I go to this location they seem to mess up orders.

I ordered two marinara sauces and when my pizza arrived I did not receive any. The pizza was falling apart, I couldnt pick it up so I ended up using a spoon.
I ordered hand tossed and got thin crust. Ut costs $23 for a free pizza and chicken wings

I’m giving up on this location.The order is always incorrect, the sauce is watery, the dough soggy, everything flavorless. I wish I hadn’t wasted money on such bad pizza! It’s inedible. I used to love Pizza Hut, but I think I’m just done now.

This is Luis ! My pizza delivery guy < 3 He decided to place my pizzas on the ground instead of handing them to me in the middle of winter during Covid ! We love it ! Thank you so very much Pizza Hut & I big big big big s/o to Miguel the manager of this location for not handling it !!! Pizza Hut definitely needs the both of you !!! Happy holidays !!! < 3
