It was ten dollars extra to have the pizza delivered . Some bogus delivery fee of $6.00 plus a tip, so I went to pick it up instead, only to find out that they tacked on a service fee! Sneaky! Never again!

Who ever manages this location is doing an awful job. Why do you have only one person working on a Saturday night closing shift? I ordered through the DoorDash app for pick up more than an hour before closing. I got there to pick up the order more than 45 min later and it’s not ready not even started. The poor guy is so backed up doing everything on his own. 15 min before closing and he has a line of people waiting for their orders. The sad thing he probably only makes min wage and is busting his behind to do everything, while his bosses are peacefully sleeping at home. I feel bad for this person not even mad that my pizza is not ready. Look at the screen with all the orders and there were more pending that had not been started.

I have loved Pizza Hut Pan pizza for years. But tonight's pizza wasn't pan pizza. Some jokester in this location appears to have substituted hand tossed dough for the pan dough or thin crust, and simultaneously neglected to put enough oil in the pan first. I hope they fire this jokester.

I called to order a pizza, and the girl who answered the phone couldn't understand what i was trying to order. I ended up hanging up. What a waste of time. What is up with this location? ?

I ordered via app, estimated delivery time said 6:02. We call 10 minutes later and it was mentioned that they called us letting us know we need to confirm address. Huh? (We had no idea they called we expected communication via app since we are tracking the).The same one we inputted on the app, and Vicky ( mngr) added they are busy so it will be an 30 additional minutes. After 7 minutes talking to Vicky on our concern the pizza arrived 8 minutes later.Cold

Cold pizza, Vicky attempted to give us a credit for the following monday. And argued that pizza should of been hot because it was cooked when she hung up. We ordered at 530 and pizza arrived at 630. She also added wrong verbage i dont want you or your wife to complain if this ( complimentary ) pizza is late or cold. Because we are busy. Horrible management ! All we wanted was a hot Pizza and we are 7 minutes away
I hate to leave a bad review for my beloved Pizza Hut because I am a very loyal 1 to 2 times a week Pizza Hut person, BUT I ordered my go to pie and it was just an over sauced over cheesed mess. Usually I would just eat it, but I was under the weather and having a bad day and really wanted my favorite comfort food. So I called, not to complain, just hoping to get a new pie made and give them back this mess. I was super funny and easy about it, but the manager refused to remake my pizza because I had already bit a piece, literally took 2 bites. I was pretty surprised by that, I thought it wasn't going to be a problem at all, ESPECIALLY because I'm in this Pizza Hut 1 to 2 times a week for real. And no he still refused. He offered me $10 bucks off. I didn't want money off I wanted my favorite pizza the way it usually is. Anyway I'm disappointed in that manager, he should've done better and just remade the pie. Not only because I'm a SUPER regular at this location, but because the pizza wasn't as it should've been. Do better next time manager, you know who are. Love Jilly

I ordered 2 thin crust pizzas that were absolutely the worst. They were dry despite me specifying sauce. The crust was like eating cardboard. Definitely I will never order from this location again.

Order take out came in 20min later and the food was still not ready worst Pizza Hut ever avoid they look like there busy but really it's one person working and the other two standing around avoid at all cost.
