They didn't send the correct flavors of soda. Then they didn't answer the phone when I called to complain. Even the delivery driver didn't reply to my call or text for over an hour

The pizza is ok, the over-the-phone service is lame nowadays. Years prior, I would call and place an order for pickup. I would talk to a team member who works at that location. I would save money by picking it up (no delivery fees etc.). I called the other day and talked to someone overseas who asked me what store I was wanting to order from. I placed an order for pickup, like usual. They tacked on some extra fees now for calling it in!!! I know minimum wage is high, but the way Pizza Hut is dealing with it... Well, you've lost a customer

Second time I've earned free bread sticks as a reward and the app doesn't add them to my order. Just keeps saying "reward redemption in progress". I let it go the 1st time, but this time it seems like this isn't a coincidence, but a scam of some sort. In addition, the staff should have just given me the bread sticks as I could show them on my phone I'm due the reward. Finally, the pizza I did receive was cold, the toppings had literally slid almost totally off of the pizza, and I was left trying to recompose this pizza into something edible. Photo is after trying to salvage it!!

Had a bad experience with a transplant employee who was covering a shift at this location. Jessica took care of my issue and handles my refund immediately even offered me a reward for the mess up of another employee. Very kind and amazing manager, she deserves a raise honestly she handles my issue with care and attentiveness.

I just had a horrible experience with the girl worker in the front not taking responsibility for her coworkers not making my pizza right I literally had to take the pizza back in there and had to show her that they made my pizza wrong . What kind of service is that ..wastes my lunch time didn't get it in time ..and I had to drive it back because they don't check what people order!!this is so frustrating!! Never order or go here!!
