Pizza Parlor LB is one of the top pizza restaurants in Los Angeles and the best in Long Beach. The pizza is delicious, very satisfying, and the best in town. It features a next-level, naturally-leavened sourdough crust that is airy, tangy, crisp on the edges, tender, rich, delicate, light, and not heavy or doughy. The excellent flavors and quality are showcased in specialty pies like the spicy and tasty "777" and the "Spicy Vodka Sausage" with house-made tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella, spicy Italian sausage, and pickled red onions. All of the specialty pizzas are fantastic. The new pesto gnocchi is also incredible. They offer a great lunch deal with a large piece of pizza, salad, and a drink. They also have the best ranch with dill and the best brown butter chocolate chip cookies.

The vibe is warm, inviting, and reminds some of New York. The service is great and impressive, with attention to making sure customers have everything they needed. The shop is currently remodeling and expanding to create a bigger dining room with more sitting. It is a must-try, especially for sourdough lovers, and has become a weekly ritual for many.
