Visit the hanger often but this was my first time trying Plaid Sheep. The cashier was so friendly and nice! (Ear plugs, knit beanie.) Such great customer service. Really enjoyed the soup and sandwich (grilled American cheese with grilled onions.)

Vegetarian options: They have a vegetarian grilled cheese with vegan cheese.

Parking: Lots of parking and some ev chargers on north side.

Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs to get in, but I don't think they have automatic doors. But the whole facility is on the first floor, and tables can accommodate wheel chairs.

Excellent grilled cheese sandwiches and tomato soup. Kid and parent approved. Portions are generous, and the sandwiches are perfectly cooked. I was really taken by how friendly the staff were, especially with our kids. We’ll definitely come again.

I appreciate the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff, but the food tasted disappointing. I was looking forward to trying this grilled cheese place. I got the goat garden grilled cheese which had too much of the goat cheese for my preference. I also got the rosemary the pig which was underwhelming, a little salty, and had little flavor dimensions. The onion rings and tomato soup were also alright. Their chocolate chip cookie was also not worth their selling price. Overall, it was a disappointing and subpar experience with the grilled cheese sandwiches.

Vegetarian options: Most grilled cheese sandwiches do not include meat.

Parking: Parking will be crowded during rush hour and after regular work hours. Keep in mind if visiting after 4pm.

Friendly staff and service. Got a pin. I love their tomato soup. How good can tomato soup and onion rings be? Oh wait. Really good. I don’t like ranch but I think I like their hot ranch and garlic dips. I also really like their grilled cheese. Had their philly cheese one. And it was good. They have funny and interesting pins. I like milk tea so I had to get that!

I was so excited to find a grilled cheese place; when I saw the review, I made plans right away... little did I know?...I thought the online(maps)menu said kids meal was $4.95... score! bcs my grandson doesn't eat a whole lot usually - imagine how heartbroken we were to see $8.95? Ridiculous!!! And the staff made no effort to offer any suggestion...Then, after we left, i noticed "The Kid" item for $5.WHY DIDN'T THEY SUGGEST THAT?Not sure if I'll go back after that - staff could have saved the day with a suggestion, but they [didn't care]?... and it wasn't close by, either!
