Favorite planet fitness location out of the many I've been to in LA. This is the cleanest location and spacious. Showers are big and usually clean. Water is hot. Usually pretty easy to access equipment and not too crowded. Staff is friendly and helpful. I like the amount of wall mirrors and that you can see yourself while running.

Very clean Gym, friendly staff. Best price in Town. Perfect for visitors (we are visiting long Beach three times per year from germany) and the contracts can be cancelled anytime. Equipment could be better (missing long bar).

i have been a member since 2020 and i like this location. it is always clean and sanitized and the parking is very convenient.i used to like this place more before the pandemic. The staff were more friendly and welcoming. The new staff , not all but some are just deciding who they want to greet or be friendly. To say hi or welcome should not be so difficult. This is the only reason i give 4 stars.it is a nice place to work out. I am planning to upgrade my membership to experience the other locations as well.

If I could give this place 0 star I would. Skinny mexican lady I think her name was Nancy. I could be wrong. Came up to me and started talking ish to me so I came back even stronger. She couldn't take it and called the cops. Cops did absolutely nothing of course. She was being a Karen. Her co worker. Skinny as hell. Talking smack as well in front of all the customers to me. Both need to be fired. Especially if you have employees like that. Ghetto as hell and sounds like they didn't even finish high school. Do better planet fitness. Get some adult employees. Instead of these kids. ?

Alex, Katie, Anna really have a handle on keeping the gym clean, stocked, and sanitized. They’re amazing and super friendly. Always look forward to my workout.

My bike had been stolen just next to the entrance door when locked , the lock had been broken and stolen by some one . There is no camera even and the staff are not even caring about that . Second time also another bike lock had been broken and even staff is not caring or bothering . I complained many times about this issue .. staff were very irresponsible and never caring . Many peoples bike had been stolen at the same place .. expecting a camera atleast , since these things are repeatedly happening.

I really like this planet fitness. Not only because it's open 24 hours every day and is always kept very clean. It also is the only planet fitness that you actually have to scan/inter id# to use the black card room. I like this feature very much. You can schedule times to use the machines and don't have to worry about people taking advantage of the pin and paper sign in that don't have the black card.... because of this the black card areas have less people and stay cleaner, probably because the people using them are actually paying to use them.

if you have to deal with anything regarding billing, just wait until you can speak to an actual manager because the workers at the front desk are absolutely incompetent. you can be sure that they will be talking and joking around, but when it comes to actually doing their job or helping you or giving you accurate information when it comes to billing do not count on them. Wait to speak to an actual manager in person because if they make a mistake, the company is not gonna do anything to reimburse you for their mistake, they don’t train their workers properly and they don’t explain to them properly how memberships and fees work. I was trying to pay my past balance and was told 3 different things. The first worker, the second worker and the manager. Either train your workers at the front desk properly so the information is accurate and consistent or just advise them to redirect billing issues to a manager.
