Walked in and was greeted immediately by the lady behind the counter. Super welcoming and informative esp for a first time customer. Got the spicy tuna bowl on greens with garlic topper. The bowl was pretty good but was blown away by all the creative protein choices and saw they had Loco Moco on the menu so I had to got that route. Have not had it since a trip to Kauai. Was pretty on point but could’ve used a little salt. Also got the shrimp tempura which was delicious. Took a little under 10 minutes for the order to be completed and I will def be back to try the rest of the choices.

A Hawaiian mom and pop shop located in a plaza where the Ralph’s and La Fitness are at! located in Carson St, serving very local dishes from the islands while adding a few from the Philippines to showcase both sides of their heritage! What we got:First we had the inari poke- these little bean curd pockets of deep fried tofu, rice, topped with spicy mayo and garnished with roe and scallions is a dynamite of all flavors and is honestly my new favorite thing! We also got tofu poke but with crab meat because we love seafood, but of course for all our vegetarian/vegan friends you can ask to customize your poke to your preference!Next the tuna sisig in a sizzling plate is a homage to Filipino cuisine, and as a Filipino myself I loved this dish so much! They also proudly serve Huli Huli chicken which is Hawaiian chicken barbecue with that pineapple, ginger and soy sauce marinade. Perfectly sweet and refreshing, I think everyone needs to get this!Lastly we got the crispy spam musubi cos it won’t be a Hawaiian feast without spam!Service is also fast and everyone is so welcoming and accommodating!

Be careful when ordering a poke bowl later into the evening. They have their fish sitting all day, which resulted in me GETTING FOOD POISONING!!!

Have you tried their Loco Moco? It is a memorable dish. I have been told the loco moco was originated from the Big Island, Hawaii. When I was drying in Hawaii, I ordered the loco moco for the first time for breakfast. When it came out, it was massive! You can order it here in Long Beach. This dish was enough to feed my brother and I. They also have over 14 poke flavors. You can by Poke by the Pound. About: Taste the original poke flavors of Hawaii with a wide variety of fresh seafood and meat favorites. Voted authentic poke in the Southern, California.

We ordered:Double loco mocoChicken katsu, grilled pork comboThe chicken katsu was a little dry, but still good. The grilled pork belly was great. And the loco moco was the best I have ever had. All of the flavors just burst in your mouth! Service was good for a casual type of place. The ambiance is very fast-casual. It is like a hole in the wall type of place in my opinion, but I can say it lived up to the hype and we will definitely come back!

This place is so good! The fish is so fresh and well marinated. I got the 8 oz poke bowl special that comes with a drink and two choices of your fish. I went with Japanese creamy salmon and the oyster sauce salmon. Service is super friendly and nice. Honestly I have no complaints this place is a must try!

Closest thing to Hawaiian food in the area. Every other place else around Long Beach is knock-off Hawaiian done poorly.

This place is great! The cashier was friendly and patient with us as it was our first time here. I ordered the 8 oz bowl and got the salmon. I got the creamy japanese salmon and spicy mayo salmon. It was delicious. The fish was fresh! You can pick between white and brown rice for base. Theres tables inside to sit and eat or you can take to go. Lots of parking as it shares a plaza with starbucks and ralphs.Next time I come, I'm getting the 12 oz!

I went to the place last week and food were great especially tuna and salmon poke. Service was excellent. Definitely coming back with the whole family. Authentic Hawaiian food, seems like I am in Hawaii again. I highly recommend it.

One of my go to places for take out lunch during work week. Quality is constantly good always fresh. I think the price is justified for consistently delicious and fresh poke. They have me so spoiled that I can no longer eat poke from other restaurants.
