I walked in and I was politely ordering my food but one of the workers was very rude I ordered two bowls and one of them was written on the top āless riceā when I didnāt ask for that. I asked why they did that and they stared at me with a blank expression?? What kind of place does that. I really donāt recommend coming here if you want terrible service and for them to slam food at you.

Just visited Poke Pola and was really disappointed to see that none of the staff were wearing gloves while handling and serving food. I mentioned it to one of the employees, and he simply said they wash their hands. I then asked if itās acceptable to touch the register and card machine and then immediately handle our foodāhe had no response. Itās concerning and unhygienic. Maybe itās time to stop supporting this place until they start respecting basic food safety and their customers.

For $20, the portion size is shockingly small and is definitely not worth the price. The ingredients and presentation were also very basic, lacking the quality or creativity youād expect at this price point. Disappointing overall.

Went to this location to order a large poke bowl. Anna makes a regular bowl so I let her know I wanted a large. She then gets an attitude starts slamming things shut and rolls her eyes. When needing to transfer the bowls she attempts to put the tuna back into the container. At this point Iām disgusted and over it. My friend spoke to the owner and the owner responded āsheās youngā. Age is not an excuse for unprofessionalism and food contamination. Train her better.
The food was great. Tasted fresh and delicious, and the portion sizes are generous. Ill definitely go back

This is my go to poke restaurant in Long Beach. I absolutely love it. Wide variety of fish options. I usually order yellow tail, salmon and scallops. My favorite sauce options are ālive a littleā and ānirvanaā. Both are perfectly spicy. Itās more of a heat and flavor than it is spice which makes for a wonderful taste. I also love that all toppings are included in the bowl (even avocado!). It only costs extra for extra toppings.
