Came here the same day bc I went to another poke place that was disappointing. This one has a lot more additions. Fresh and more protein options. Friendly staff. Three protein with all the toppings you want. $15. Great deal. Good flavor. Fresh tuna

Service was okay, nothing special considering its cafeteria line style. Overall, the environment and front looked really clean and organized. But the food was honestly not that great. My boyfriend warned me about it since he's been there when they soft opened, I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. The sauces were really lacking in color and flavor, and the tortilla chips were extremely stale.

We come here a lot, and always appreciate the food and vibe at The Hanger LBX. Last night I got my order and waited to get home before eating... upon opening, I found a 2 inch piece of plastic in my bowl and reached out to let them know. They said there's nothing they can do, no replacing it, no refund, nothing. Customer service basics ignored, which was a huge bummer -- maybe if you leave hard plastic pieces in the food you serve, consider making it right since every bowl is $15+

This location is in the hangar. I would say it ones of the cheaper options here. This is more of the popular option since I see a small but fast line here. I got the small poke which came with 1 scoop of protein and crab salad. The staff is fast. There are many options here. You get 3 choice ofTopping, whatever sauce, and seasoning. It's pretty filling. I would try this again.

First time trying Poke2 Grill and it was great! Both the people who were working were nice and patient as I figured out what I wanted, made suggestions, and were kind. The bowl was delicious and even the small was super filling as a meal!

Food Ordered the medium bowl that came with 3 proteins. Kind of interesting that a small would only come with 1 protein so convinces you to get a medium. Protein itself was good and fresh: but it wasn't mixed with the sauce or toppings like other places. The sauce is drizzled on top and becomes difficult to mix the way toppings are placed. Sauce was weak itself and didn't have much to it. Crab meat was considered one of the proteins which is usually given on top of the number of proteins. However, when an online order comes in after I am in line still waiting for assistance, I would appreciate some acknowledgement. Why would you work on the pickup order prior to your customers in front of you?Then to just stare at me until I read the note on the window on how to order. Customer service goes a long way, a friendly hello, guide us through the order process, a thank you and enjoy your meal.Yes the poké was fresh, but I 've had better. Would I come back? Probably not, I will try a different establishment in the area.

GREAT POKE. It has been a while since I had Poke this fresh and flavorful. They have a lot of variety and I really enjoyed seeing the employee debone the fish, it definitely assured me that it wasn't coming from a frozen package. I got the Medium bowel, it was large enough to last me for two meals.

Still such a reliable place. Fast service. Rarely a long line. Good portions. I'm stuffed every time. They have a rewards point system and don't have absurd tip suggestions but do tip them well :)

This place is located inside the hanger exchange in Long Beach! I will honestly say it's one of the best pokey places in Long Beach. This is your chipotle of Poke! What I enjoy most is the portion sizes, because many times you go to poke places and they are extremely stingy with the amounts of sauces or protein. Checkout my picture to see portion sizes which is what makes the bowl so yummy. Service was really good in and out. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for GOOD poke!

I wasn't a poke person but I've been converted. All the ingredients were fresh and super tasty. I also like how they have different ingredients and sauces not found in other places. Service was fast and ambiance is always with it being located in LBX. Highly recommend.
