Went to see if they did takeout during the whole Covid situation. Sad to see they're closed until further notice. Been my favorite place to go to downtown. Hoping to see you guys open again soon

I really wanted to like this place especially as I would give the service 5 starts (and more) also the atmosphere of the store is really nice and clean, but the Japanese curry which I tried was just OK. I wouldn't go back to try it again. Maybe better to opt in for poke? I haven't tried it yet so maybe this was my mistake going for a seasonal item rather for poki. Thank you so much for a superb service unfortunately the food was a bit disappointing.

This place is okay. I am really missing the Poki Cat that was on the "Promenade". Their food was FANTASTIC!! Best Poke I EVER Had! Their food seemed waaaay fresher than this one on "Ocean Blvd" for some odd reason. Since the Poki Cat on the Promenade closed I keep giving this one on Ocean a 2nd, 3rd, and 4th chance but it is just not the same. It doesn't taste as fresh, there never seems to be enough sauce on the dish, and the place itself is a little stuffy which is odd for a place where seafood is sold.

Freshest ingredients and delicious sauces. Love the zucchini noodles too! Friendly and clean ?

Thia was a nice surprise. We were in the area and in the mood for Poke. The portions were reasonable and the fish was great.

Omg such a bomb poke place! So many options. So affordable. The taste is so fresh and full of flavor. Definitely my favorite spot in long beach currently!

I love this place, only downside is they are often out of items.

Poke Cat has been on my radar, and thank goodness it was delicious. Last minute dinner decision to go here and it didn't disappoint. It seemed a little scarce as it was about 30 mins before they closed, but the girl who helped us said she would get anything we wanted fresh from the back if it wasn't enough. By the way her greeting as we walked in and attentiveness was wonderful throughout our transaction with her. Portions are slightly smaller than other places in the area but prices were great. I ordered a large because I wanted more protein, but went lighter on the brown rice with a salad split for the base. The fish was fresh! They had all my favorite toppings! A light glaze of the sauce was just what I needed to taste every bite. For the first time, I finished the whole thing, it was that good. My new local poke spot for sure! Thanks for great service and an inviting place to enjoy our meal.

Pretty good poki, though they are sometimes out of certain toppings.

I came in on Wednesday night and was disappointed with the service, quality of food, and overall experience. For starters, the restaurant was out of brown rice. Next, the quantities of fish were very low compared to usual. Despite this, I asked for no cabbage and the server forgot and still put some in there. She did not offer to make a new bowl but rather tried to pick out the cabbage even when it was already mixed in. I continue to get my bowl but the sweet cucumbers were not fresh at all (almost rotting) and the avocado was brown. To top it off, the restaurant was also out of green onions which again is yet another miss. She did not offer me any discount due to all these problems and the bowl was just not the same. It tasted like the food had just gone bad. I was very disappointed with the service and food. After I paid for the bowl, I sat down and ate but almost every table was dirty. There also happened to be no ice in the fountain machine either. The whole experience was very disappointing. I hope to be contacted by the manager or owner due to this. Might not come back here otherwise and tell others to go to a different place.

Best poke in Long Beach!!! Great quality and their take on ponzu sauce is to die for!!! Nice for a quick lunch bite although I’m still waiting for the promenade location to reopen due to construction.

Usually a good spot to have a lunch .

The flavors and extras are good. A problem with all poke is you get more carb than meat but can't hold that against them.

Very good, fresh poke with a nice selection of toppings and sauces. I wish avocado was free (like at my favorite poke spot, Poke Hub in Bixby), but I'll live. I read a review re. the freshness of the fish, but I thought it was great - no fishy taste at all and a nice firmness. When people complain about the size of the serving I somewhat understand - it's a smaller "regular" portion than what you'd get at, for example, Poke Hub, but let's be real guys - this portion is perfect for one person, everything else just borders gluttony.. And let me just mention that I eat poke bowls 3-4 times/week.
