Places like these need to die. If you want a disgusting expensive pie, then go here. Do yourself a favor and get a pie from a better place that uses real ingredients and actually care about their products and customers.

I preordered pies for Pi day and when we went to eat them we found out they gave us the wrong pie! Really upset because we ordered sugar-free Apple and got a regular peach pie( luckily the person who we got the pie for noticed and did not eat it or we would have have a real big health problem). We looked at the pies before but you cannot tell what is inside a double crust pie. Not Happy!!! Would have returned it but because of the Covad 9 scare -we cannot go back to exchange the pie. Won't be going back even after the scare!

The food is not nearly as good as what it looks like on the menu. I came on a Sunday afternoon having high hopes only because of how good it looked, but the food is bland. It looks nice coming out but the food had barely any flavor. My boyfriend and I were sadly disappointed. we ordered breakfast, maybe other stuff is better? Not sure, I was just disappointed.

Just horrible service today Sunday 4/1/20 me, my boyfriend and two daughters went to have breakfast we were sat down really fast and the young lady at front was really nice and welcoming.But as soon as we sat down we had a older white lady who was extremely unhappy, unpleasant you can tell she did not want to be at work. She made seem as if we were bothering her. Anyways she never checking on us barely seen her and took almost 45 minutes to get our food with no explanation. She was very attentive to an older white couple in front of us but completely over looked me and my family. Had to ask for the rest of my boyfriends food that never came had to asked for condiments that never came she even acknowledged it but never bring it. My daughter couldn't get a refill till we about to leave. Will never come back to this one again first and last time.

I was not impressed by this place. We wanted to have a slice of pie and some coffee. The young girl at the front was very nice and greeted with a smile. She explained that a whole pie is only $10 but each slice of pie when you sit down is $5 each so its cheaper to buy the whole pie. The manager was at the pie counter and he was just friendly and outgoing. He was defensive and did not smile once. The 2 young ladies helping were friendly and joking around with us.

This restaurant was extremely busy for a Sunday morning. There was a decent amount of people waiting to be seated which is always a plus. If no one is waiting, is it even worth trying?

My family has been coming to this exact Polly's for over 20 years. And as we've recently came back we noticed the quality of the food has gone down drastically. The cooks must not care anymore. I don't know what it is but we will continue coming to Polly's because they do have many delicious things but there was a frozen dressing piece (top right). Chunks all over the salad. Tasted very strong of ginger and wasnt consumable. My mom isn't the type of woman to complain so she ate it but she didn't enjoy it.

I purchased some pies for an event here at Polly's. They have agreat selection and the pies tatsted fantastic. I will eat a pie over cake any day of the week and love a good pie. This place succedded in providing that pie!
