I came to visit my sister for the weekend on Friday night I ordered the chicken strip meal the fries were old dry and cold the chicken strips needed to cook longer.

On Saturday I ordered the chicken sandwich with french fries fries with dry cold as well I had diarrhea all night after eating this

Total waste of time , ordered 12 piece white spicy, got whatever they had handy. Had to drive all the way back to give them them all their 12 pieces according to the asst manager. Lucky I guess to get my refund

They don't even take your order there, you have to touch a kiosk and it's annoying. Very little human interaction and they got mad at me for wanting one more sauce packet like it came out of their own paycheck. They don't seem to like people there and the mashed potatoes had almost no gravy. The gravy was my favorite part boooo
Also there's like 4 tables there and that's it and not baby friendly at all

Don’t waste your time & money trying to get food here. They literally cannot read a simple list of items to put in a bag. My order was missing half the food. Literally impossible to get them to give me a refund for what they left out. After weeks of no response from the restaurant’s manager I had to do a credit card charge dispute.
Don’t be deceived into wasting your life dealing with a place that can’t put a chicken sandwich in a bag & then ignores refund messages.

Pretty average. Been getting boneless wings lately. Once was given boned wings, and when I brought them back there was no apologies or sorry, just replaced the order. Worst, the wings usually have very little sauce, so very dry. Might as well order tenders. The last few times they were really small, over cooked, and firm.

After a lifetime of eating Popeye's, they apparently no longer want my business. The new, mandatory, kiosk ordering system means I cannot order my usual; two spicy thighs, a biscuit, and red beans and rice. Clerk refused to take an order, insisting I use the kiosk which does not allow for any customization. Forced to eat drumstick, red beans container half empty, no biscuit, I guess the romance is over. I miss Gus.

I ordered this today and this is what I received. I have no idea how they thought it was a good idea to serve this to a customer. I took one bite and had to toss them out. It tasted like straight charcoal.

Came here as usual & I've never had a problem but the customer service/cleanliness here this time was terrible. I saw a customer use the restroom then went to ask Ashley if I could use the restroom & she said it was out of order. Not even 5 minutes later a customer asked her if she could use the restroom & she immediately went & opened it up for her. I asked her "so it's not out of order?" & she had an attitude & answered she was checking & let the customer in to use it. I used the restroom afterwards & you can tell they haven't even checked or cleaned it in a while. On top of that, multiple tables/chairs & the floor was dirty even though it was clearly slow. Please hire new workers with better attitudes & cleanliness standards.
