First time eating inside and it's okay in there. Ordered my food and was missing an item, no big deal, just asked for it. Ate and the food was okay. Used the bathroom after an employee and it was dirty overall but whatever. Then went to wash my hands and the soap dispenser and sanitizer is empty. Like completely empty. I go and tell the front counter and they assure me it's fine because the employees wash their hands twice in back. But what about the surfaces the employee had to touch before like the door nob and what about customers. The front counter employee said they would take care of it but this is not okay. Definitely will never return to this location.

I'm disabled and called asking about the hot meals program and the lady hung the phone up in my face.
I asked about using the hot meals program with EBT. I've worked and paid my taxes into the system for over 30 years.
Not everyone on EBT is looking for handouts this also goes against ADA regulations they should treat everyone with respect and have phone etiquette.

Arbitrary rules regarding what pieces we want with dark meat combos or light meat combos. The only price increases are for the chix breast according to the menu. They choose to do what they like. Last time coming here.

This restaurant is in a good location. The restaurant is clean and has a friendly staff. There’s no drive thru but you can sit comfortably in the restaurant. There is plenty of room for friends and families. For mobile orders, the service is fast and reliable. The customer service team is very helpful and keeps their area nice and clean. The food is really good and the chicken is delicious. The sides are all good and love the variety of drinks.

Once again I ordered a 16 piece all dark and once again they gave me breast pieces. Why is it so hard to read the order? Like an idiot I went back and they didn’t give me the two pies I paid for. Sigh………..

They only getting a star because I had no choice …..this food from here has made me never want to eat at another one …..your red beans and rice will come spoiled and your food cold or the chicken strips dry as ever like I’m chewing paper…..thought calling them things will change but still nothing I won’t ever be ordering from this place or this location again

The employees are rude, slow and can careless about the way the place looks. Looks like the owner doesn't even care about Popeyes. Just away to make a fast buck, caring less about the public.
I'm also going to notify the health department and have them check the employees about the ServSafe practices.
I feel that corporate also should know about this location.
They need to be shutdown.

Surprisingly good chicken tenders. Cajun gravy on mashed potatoes was tasty and biscuits were good. I'll come back.
