This has to be the slowest Popeyes in history! Not only are the ppl slow the machines are slow! When I walked in I wasn’t greeted or anything while the manager was solving and issues no I’ll be right with you nothing. It’s dirty in here and I guess they only have one worker on Friday.

Hello folks, there's no other way to relay this to whoever reads my complaint. Hope the owner becomes aware. I walked in and I wasn't greeted. I wasn't asked how I was doing. I wasn't asked how I could be helped. I showed a short female my coupon from a picture I took of it. She consulted with the supervisor about granting it or not because it was on the phone. Of course you can I said, then the female cashier gave me a really bad look. If looks could kill, I would be dead in front of the cash register. What's happening to Long Beach Westside. Not doing business there again.

Chicken wings spicy chicken sandwich is great. Everything is delicious. Love Cole slaw and Cajun fries.
Went in before 9pm, only had spicy chicken, no mashed potatoes n gravy, got home 7 min later n everything was cold....Mac n cheese still had unmelted cheese n bisquets were hard n cold too....to say the least I'm not a happy camper....I spend allot of money for throw away food!!!!

They somtimes forget certain items in your order and its too late when you leave after they claim they confirm your meal.
The worst popeyes I've ever stepped into.. the workers are slow,lazy, and unmotivated. The food is never ready on time, even when ordering online. Don't waste your time.

always canceling orders no matter what time it is lol. i asked for TWO chicken sandwiches and they canceled it because its “too busy”… just turn off your online order if you can’t handle the rush?wasted my time waiting when i could’ve ordered somewhere else.
12/06/23 We arrived at 5:25pm and this is what was said upon entering. . 'The cook is on his break and will be back in 20 minutes. We waited 30 minutes. 30 minutes for a 12 piece chicken only. That pretty much says it all. This is the 3rd time within 6 months that this has happened where we had to wait because there was no chicken cooked. It's a fried chicken establishment. Knowing how much foot traffic comes through here, you should always have chicken cooked. Management needs to do a better job ... managing. This is usually our first choice for fried chicken spots but we've decided we will not be returning.

I'll visit this location on occasion. They will get my order correct around 60% of the time. Usually I'll order dark pieces that are spicy. When they mess up my order, it will usually be white meat, not spicy, or both. Today that wasn't the issue. What happened on this visit was ridiculous. I was dining in while I got 4 tires changed out at the Discount Tire next door. They said that my order was going to take a couple more minutes because my apple pie needed to be cooked. I told them that was fine. A few minutes was a long time. After the tire shop completely changed out all 4 of my tires, balanced them, and switched out my wipers my food never did arrive. When I looked out the window and saw that my vehicle was finished (everyone knows how slow tire shops are) I told the manager that I wanted a refund for my food except for the drink (they had given me a cup). Upon hearing the word "refund" the entire staff kicked it into high gear and got me my food withing about 30 seconds. Ridiculous.

The food was fresh and delicious. My daughter picked up the order and stayed a little behind to get served freshly cooked yardbird. Everything I purchased was good. Unfortunately, I didn't get enough mac and cheese.

Normally I been to Popeyes where they Put the biscuits in a separate little box , and presentation is way better . This Popeyes in long beach put no effort on boxing and putting the items nicely . Once I got home it looked all crushed and sloppy. They were not even busy it was empty at the restaurant. Staff looked bored or miserable .
