As a California native to the Los Angeles and Inland Empire areas this is my first time dining on board the Queen mary. This was booked as a very special Valentine's Day for my husband and I and it was definitely everything that we had hoped for. The service was good the food was good the drinks were strong as hell lol. I highly recommend dining at this restaurant and now we cannot wait to try the Chelsea chowder restaurant on board the ship. Afterwards we did a self tour of the Queen Mary which was my husband's first time seeing the ship and wow did we have fun.

Very cool experience. Food was good but the experience of being on the Queen Mary was the real enjoyment for us. Staff was friendly and attentive throughout dinner. Highly recommended!

Food is horrible my drink is cocktail called queen is state like Hawaiin punch, hamburger was so bad the only good food is short rib that's it. Never gonna come back here again

My friend and I had an extremely delightful lunch at the Promenade on the Queen Mary. The service and food was outstanding. We were seated at a window at a nice table that was semi private, and it was just amazing to be able to just look out as if we were on the high seas! A note for anyone considering this restaurant which I highly recommend. I discovered this so I want to share my experience. We arrived at the ship and my intent was to go to the promenade, but I was told that without reservation I would have to pay a separate admission. I was also told that I could make a reservation through OpenTable for the promenade and when I did that then go to the box office to obtain an actual paper ticket. I purchased the ticket a total of $30 or $15 per apiece, which was a chicken that was good for $15 each off the tab. After we had our meal, the price of the voucher was discounted off the price of a meal. Additionally, we got a parking voucher that was not free, but we only had to pay $10 for the whole day as opposed to the $25. It would've cost. Super bonus that we were there on a somewhat rainy day and it was still set up for New Year's Eve so we got to walk around almost the entire ship Free! We walked from Stem to stern and had an absolutely delightful afternoon. I highly recommend this restaurant and always recommend visiting the Queen Mary whether a local or out of Towne.

Had a really nice view of Long Beach. They were playing classic Christmas music that fit the atmosphere perfectly. The food was tasty and service was quick.

We come here for the views of Long Beach Downtown. Food and wine selection is ok. The lighting could be improved as the room was poorly lit after the sunset. The servers do their best.
