Poor/slow service. Had to request food to be reheated/undercooked. One sandwich was completely wrong even though the receipt reflected the item ordered and we had to repeat 5 times and pointed to the item being ordered. Would not recommend.
Beautiful stores, there are really nice stores to stay and have a coffee!

First of all, the person working was awesome trying to get all these orders ready but shame on the owner who did not bring any support to be able to serve hundreds of people that were in the area for the long beach marathon. 1 person making coffee, ridiculous drinks and food with no help. People ordered and after 15/20 were cancelling their orders. Unbelievable.

Not accepting online orders? Maybe don’t give an option to order online?

Bitter coffee, 20+ minute wait for a bagel, and turkey bacon. Not good at all. Go anywhere else.

Hidden between sky scrapers in downtown Long Beach lays the quiet little coffee shop called Qargo coffee. Stop by, kick off your shoes, hang your hat and visit for a spell. All you need is a smile and a penchant for good coffee.

This place is a hidden gem. The coffee is delicious and the atmosphere is laid back yet classy. My new favorite coffee spot in DTLB!

I’ve become increasingly frustrated with the person who has made my experience here not the best twice. The first time I just thought it might have been a one time thing. I ordered ahead to get a drink, hot sandwich, and a yogurt parfait. The drink sandwich was ready when I got there, but they had not grabbed the yogurt to hand off with my order. When I asked about it, the person (male presenting, long hair, glasses, uses a hat and is shorter) had to print out my receipt and double check what I had ordered. I feel like this could have been done ahead of time (or should be done if yogurt doesn’t print out a sticker). I ordered ahead to make my experience easier to come in and out. When I finally had my sandwich, the bread was BUUUURNT. I couldn’t believe they actually gave me that sandwich. They had to take it out of the oven, place it in a box, and let it sit there while I picked it up (about 10 minutes). In that time, not once did they consider 1) letting me know it was burnt to give me the option to ask for it to be remade or refunded or 2) just make it again because it was not edible. I ordered the same sandwich another time where someone else prepared it and the bread was NOT burnt, but perfectly toasted.
Today, I ordered ahead again; drink and a yogurt. The yogurt was out of stock and I had to get a refund. No big deal, it happens. I saw that they had breakfast burritos in the fridge section, and got one. Same person as the first time, he/they offered to warm it and it would be 5 minutes. I heard the alarm go off and the burrito stayed in the oven as he assisted indecisive customers. 10 minutes later, I just walked out. At some point, you have to be able to manage multiple demands and at least ask the customer at the register to give you a second to open the oven so it doesn’t keep toasting the food. They didn’t do that and then proceeded to stick 8 stickers on cups and paper bags, while the burrito was still in the oven. Now I know how my first sandwich was burnt.
I left, and have become frustrated with this person and their lack of being able to manage multiple demands. I do recognize that they’re alone but this is the job you signed up for.
Parking: Need to rely on street parking in a busy neighborhood.

Nothing was going on wondering why service was nonexistent.

The closest place we could find to have breakfast with a vegan croissant and oat milk cappucino. Nice and clean spot overall.

The vanilla latte was spot on, but the girl who attended us was likely new, so I'm being generous with the stars in hopes that it will be better the next time around.
