Been to the shop a couple of times and there is always only one employee as soon as you enter the shop no greeting the guy with no smile and I ordered a coffee and it tasted like water, poor management by the owner, owner needs to learn how to run a coffee shop

The service is terrible the guy at counter had no smile. Also they have no Gouda in which they removed permanently which was a terrible idea! They have no sandwiches actually at all just the frozen ones which are in freezer. I believe there is new management and it got much worst. The drink is terrible too as it wasn’t made proper. I miss the old Starbucks that was here and get your morning sandwiches back please :) !!!!

Went here for coffee yesterday afternoon. It was alright. The pastry was really good but the service sucked. We sat there waiting for 15 minutes for our coffee although there were two staff working behind the counter. I can't imagine what it would be during rush hour. Staff definitely needs more training.

I come there almost every weekend to gram my morning coffee. They serve Lavazza coffee, one of the finest. And it sooo good to just sip while you sit there or to grab to go around the downtown. It's a cool place!

I went here few days ago this is much worse then a Starbucks! They have no options either sold out of different drinks and have no food at all for breakfast. I have work at 8am usually go here daily at 7am and for past few weeks they have had nothing like there sausage egg and cheese etc they claim “discontinued” - I live in the current and the current should not tolerate cafes that have almost nothing for months. Don’t come here

I love the cafe vibes especially the unique walls. Plenty of seating but it's freezing in here. do like the throwback 2010s music they're playing and it's not too loud where you can take phone calls. The WiFi password incorrect, it's a lowercase w, and incorrect store hours. It closes at 6 pm not 7 pm. I hope they correct that on yelp, google maps, and maps. The girl with short hair was super sweet. They made my coffee in a quick amount of time. They opened the door for the bathroom for me, which is coded. I got the Lavazza Coffee with oat milk for $4.11 which is fairly cheap. The coffee was water down. It just taste like regular coffee you make at home. It's not good as Starbucks but better than dunkin donut but not as good as a mom and pop coffee shop.

Greedy savages that discriminate heavily and just want your money. Coffee is decent the food is trash. Literally only job that sold food I never bought on my break. Wouldn't have bought the coffee if it wasn't free either
The cornetto was very good but coffee is not so neat to Lavazza in Italy, which they claim to be an Italian brand. But the place is very nice to start your day with a croissant.

Nothing great, seasonal drinks are just packed with sugar and not popular with anyone. Imagine if McDonalds opened up a coffee shop and thats the vibe you get there. The franchise seems to be being taken over by corporate, hence them giving all their old employees 0 hours and hiring a new staff, but also not having the gall to tell anyone they're actually fired. I'm sure the new staff is lovely though! Unless your only options are gas station or Dennys, I'd go anywhere else.

Absolutely terrible service. Broken machines and they don't even say anything, they will still charge you.

I've been to the qargo in fountain valley and they're great and one of my favorite coffee shops. This one though is ridiculously slow. They had one guy working and I get it he's trying to make drinks and take orders, but come on. He was moving at a snails pace. After waiting 25-30 minutes I just asked for a refund. I have places to be and I'm sure others do too. There were other people too looking at their watches. Sorry qargo, never coming back to this one.

I have not tried the food. Ambiance is quite nice when there isn't a homeless person in there with water and 20 packs of sugar like they are preparing a cup of coffee. Today I walked three and was all ready for a nice cup of joe only to be informed that they open at 7AM. If you are going to change your hours, you should update Google and Yelp listings.
