It was a very good experience with the place, the food, and the atmosphere.
I went there for dinner two weeks ago on a Friday, and I have to highlight how friendly the staff was. The waitress was very kind, and two guys who were cooking ramen (a tall dark-haired guy and another with blue eyes) really impressed me with their speed and well-prepared food. Even though the place was full, they were very professional.
I would definitely come back without hesitation.

Truly hits the spot! I have a cold and the Garnet Ramen was so nurturing and satisfying. The girl who took my order over the phone was just the sweetest too (it says Yohei as my server so if that’s you girl, THANK YOU).

The food was honestly not good and far below expectations, especially considering the ratings. Flavors were bland and nothing stood out.
What made it worse was the extremely rude and unprofessional attitude coming from the kitchen. The chef’s behavior was unacceptable and made the entire experience uncomfortable.
Bad food can sometimes be forgiven, but bad attitude cannot. I did not feel welcomed at all and will not be coming back.

My husband and I went to Rakkan ramen for a late night snack. Their website and google said they closed at midnight, but don’t trust that. We walked in at 11:34pm and they said they couldn’t seat us, so we asked if we could order to go; they said no because the kitchen closes at 11:30pm, very disappointed they should change the hours on their website after 11:30 if they won’t serve food.
. Service was top notch,very attentive, cucumber salad was delicious and came out quickly.

I drove over 1 hour to eat at Rakkan Ramen because I had heard great things about this place, and their posted business hours say 11:30 AM–12:00 AM. I arrived at 11:20 PM, clearly well before closing. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing.
When I walked in, the staff told me they were already on reduced service and were not accepting customers past 11:20 PM. They also mentioned they stop serving at 11:20 PM, even though the restaurant is listed as open until 12:00 AM. That means customers who arrive within the posted hours are turned away, which is misleading and frustrating, especially after traveling so far.
I completely understand that staff needs time to clean up and close, but if the kitchen or service ends earlier, it should be clearly posted so customers don’t make long trips and get turned away before the advertised closing time.
Suggestion: Please update your hours to show the actual last seating or last order time. It would save customers time and avoid bad experiences.
I hope to return another day and actually try the food, but this visit was a letdown due to unclear communication on operating hours.
