The most delicious miso ramen I mean I was really impressed.The flavors drew me in and yum.Yum, I will be back.It was my first time there and from what I had.I will definitely come back. This is a treat for me.Cuz.I can't eat noodles as I have to avoid most carbs but I was craving a treat something.I do maybe once a month if that, but I haven't had noodles.And god knows how long and so I had this absolute flavorful Extra pork for my fur babies as a treat.
Restaurant was about 70% full when we entered around 10:10 PM on 7/16/25. We were thirsty and kept trying to get a server’s attention, and took over 20 minutes to have them come for first time and we didn’t even have water.
Restroom and was quite dirty and paper towels was empty. I tried to get napkins to dry my hands but it took over 10 minutes to get someone’s attention. Took over 30 minutes from entering restaurant just to get watet, completely unacceptable....

One of my favorite restaurants in Long Beach! I come here all the time. The food is amazing and the service is *always* good and kind. I get the takoyakis every time and either the Garnet, Pearl, or Quartz ramen. Our waitress this time was Valeria, I like her a lot. Shes so sweet and helpful.
