One of the finest, if not the best Ramen restaurants in socal. Not sure what ancient wisdom goes into their plant based broth, but it’s brilliant. I do, however, miss their spicy beef Gyoza, which were amazing and surprisingly more tasty than the pork. I also miss the cold, bean, sprout salad, which had just the right amount of ponzu/shoyu Sauce. A must eat.
I loved the vegan broth options! Glad we could find a place that has more vegan friendly broth and toppings! Our server Jeraldine was awesome and she took care of our complicated order due to our food allergies! We will be back again!
