Food is great. AI taking my order, not good 👎. I would rather have a human being taken my order. The AI does not repeat your order back to you so you have to wait to get to the window to make sure your order is correct. I tried to order onion fries but was informed by the AI that it was not available. No explanation as to why, very disappointed. Until they get human beings taking the customers order, I will not be back. So sad.

Food cold and moist my Chili’s cheese fries fell through container, separate order of fries cold my drink had one ice cube in it, they had an attitude I switched my meal to a $4 dollar bag that was not on the menu and the robot operator was not understanding me. Ketchup packages had dried up nasty stains on it I couldn’t even eat my food I just thru it away from losing my appetite and they stuffed everything in one bag.

Wasn't Thrilled at All......The Manager was good..workers not so......I find that alot with Rallys....same thing with the Inglewood Location......The A.I. drive thru is cool but sometimes confusing......overall my experience could of been better‼️
