I Ordered to go and they gave me a pager, after waiting for 20 min I asked, my food was ready and the pager never worked. After paying almost 5 dollars in extras for ramen they didn't put anything. Food was ok but if you want real ramen go to Daikokuya

A really good and affordable ramen place to go with friends. It tends to get packed during weekends, but the lines move quickly.

We've dined here and there at Ramen Hub for about 3 years. It's conveniently located and open late enough when other restaurants are already closed. Unfortunately, mine and my partner's most recent experience was extremely disappointing. We both ordered the Tonkotsu ramen with the spicy sauce on the side, and one spicy tuna sushi roll. When we ate the roll, it was coming apart. You could tell that there was little to no effort on what was presented to us. Regardless, we ate it because it wasn't as bad as the ramen. Now, we're not foodies, but we've been to many restaurants that serve ramen, and our go to is the Tonkotsu. We've had this specific ramen before at Ramen Hub, and it has always been ok. It still satiated our appetite. Our previous Ramen Hub experiences have been with a softer, bouncier noodle, with a flavorful broth, and tender pork. However, this time it was incredibly bland with stiff noodles and tough pork. The spicy sauce wasn't even spicy, too. I had to forcefully take a bite out of the pork, using my fingers instead of the chopsticks, and that was not pleasant. The meat had no flavor and also looked white. The broth had the milky texture, but it lacked something... more salt? more soy sauce? garlic? It lacked a sort of smoky, aromatic flavor that accompanies the broth. It made me and my partner really sad. We typically enjoy going to Ramen Hub, but we've made the conscious decision to reserve this restaurant as our last resort when nothing, and we mean nothing else, is available or open to satiate our sushi or ramen craving. Fingers crossed for some improvement! That being said, the service here has always been good and friendly. The ambiance is a cool, college life relaxed vibe. It can get a little loud, but it's never rowdy in its lunch hall seating arrangement. The music and music videos are fun. And, finally, the restaurant and bathrooms are always clean.

Parking lot is terrible, if you can carpool 100% recommend to do that. Inside there is a lot more room than you would think (with outdoor seating as well). It is a first come first get on seating. Placed our order and they were very nice, same with when they delivered our food. We ordered a couple of rolls, spicy miso ramen and tonkatsu ramen with gyoza. Ramen broth had decent flavor, noodles were very thin but I did like that they were cooked on the firmer side. Gyoza was ok. The rolls where the worst part of the meal. The tuna looked and had the consistency of plastic. Spicy California roll tasted like a cucumber roll. The salmon on the other roll was good though. As we were finishing up our meals when we looked around it was very crowded. This was a Saturday night though so I'm not surprised it was so busy.

It’s only a few places that I can say that I love their Ramen and this is one of them. This is my first time trying Ramen hub and I’m impressed. Authentic flavor, just the right amount of everything. Real FRESH seaweed is a bonus, plus the perfect serving size. I love it, I will definitely be ordering here again.

Very chill atmosphere, our server Jayson was a great guy. Real friendly and great service! The ramen was great as well, the broth was creamy and the toppings were sweet. The noodles were a bit thin for my preference but they were still great nonetheless.

This spot in Long Beach is an excellent choice for late-night dining. The food is satisfying, fresh, and hits the spot when you’re in the mood for something warm and comforting. Everything was well prepared and served hot, making it perfect for a relaxed meal after regular hours.
What really stands out is the service — the staff is welcoming, upbeat, and creates a fun, comfortable atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The late-night hours are a huge plus and make it easy to enjoy a quality meal when most places are already closed.
Overall, it’s a great place for good food, positive vibes, and a convenient late-night option that’s easy to recommend.
