Our go to Ramen location. My daughter and I have been coming here since before they got popular. They definitely put out a great ramen and various offerings including sushi rolls. Highly recommend coming in earlier for dinner as they fill up quickly, especially on Friday/Saturdays.

tell them not to torch the pork unless you want a little dose of melted burnt carcinogenic plastic in your broth. I watch them blast the pork on top of the ramen bowls with high powered torches and the flames are definitely hitting the plaatic bowls. cancer alert!!! just order it without the torch! or ask them to serve it in a ceramic bowl! or torch the pork on a veramic plate then transfer it to the bowl! otherwise, good spot. their ramen is decent and their potato tornado with cajun seasoning is amazing!
EDIT: they told me the bowls are actually glass. If that's the case, then I take my comments about torching back.

As a local Long Beach influencer and your go-to real estate expert, I’m always spotlighting the best in the city—and Ramen Hub is it! I ordered the vegan ramen (flavorful, rich, and perfectly balanced), the bachata roll, and grabbed the happy hour crispy potatoes and chicken appetizer. Every single item was packed with flavor and served with consistency I can always count on. I brought my family, and now it’s officially our favorite ramen spot in Long Beach! Whether you’re plant-based or just love good food, this gem never disappoints.

Best Ramen in town, sushi is pretty good as well. Can get a little crowded on the weekends, but during the week, it's not bad.

We were looking up really good Ramen places in Downey and one of the comments online said to go check this place out and 10/10 cannot recommend anymore how amazing their sushi and Ramen was (we got the crunchy Philly roll and tonkatsu). Plus right next to an ice cream shop for those of us who like a sweet treat after we eat, which was also amazing it’s called somi somi.

Got to say, this has been some of the best ramen I've had in Long Beach/ Bixby. Service was great, food was hot and flavorful. Can't beat the $2 Sapporo with the $2 boba. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a spot to have some good ramen for a very reasonable price !

They have definitely been keeping up with inflation and it shows in their pricing, plus they now charge for spices in the ramen. Last time there.

I used to love going to ramen hub. Recently the restrooms are really dirty, trash on the floor as you walk through the restaurant. Dirty, sticky tables. Makes me wonder what their kitchen looks like and how they prepare the food. I know they get busy, but that’s not an excuse as to why it’s not clean.
