The girl waitresses and hostess were rude. The Mexican girl up front was the rudest. Im sure sales are going down because of that. If anyone knows a better Chicago deep dish place please add it in your comments. 🙏🏻 the service adds to the atmosphere and that somehow increases the joy of the food. I should’ve read the comments before going here. We won’t be coming back and will definitely be spreading our experience to everyone. YOU SHOULD TRY RAKKAN ROMEN OR NICKS for a great night. 🎉

I’ve been wanting to come here for 7 years. I feel in love with the instagram pics. It was so sad how we were treated. I brought 10 friends to enjoy this spot. It was their first time too. The host was so rude to us and got annoyed and gave us attitude. She lied and said she can only fit 8 at a table. We called the day before and they said 12 at a table and checks can be split. The host with the attitude said they don’t split checks. The waitress was ok. But we all wont be back. Not welcoming at all and it kinda put a damper on the whole experience. We didn’t complain not once but was treated like crap. It was sad. Never again.

From Chicago here, and telling you the tavern style pizza is NOT. Crust was flaky, not authentic at all. I give it a solid C-. With that said, good service if a little inattentive, but it was very busy. Nice atmosphere.

Called to order a pizza and some wings around 8:10 PM on New year day. The girl had a terrible attitude over the phone because they closed at 8:30. She made me feel really uncomfortable so I told her never mind and decided to the other pizza place down the street.

I’ve had Rance’s for carry out many times and it’s always a hit with friends. I recently dined in and will definitely be doing it more often. The restaurant is open and had a great atmosphere. The Carnivore pizza was thick, filling, and packed with meat while still being super flavorful and not greasy. The bacon maple bourbon wings were unreal. Sweet, smoky, crispy, and honestly addictive.
Portions are generous, everything tasted fresh, and it is definitely one of those places you keep coming back to. Highly recommend if you are in the area.

Delicious... it's 30 to 40b minutes for pizza and they have it clearly on menu and at front of counter. So, start ordering as soon as you can, we had a big group! Which they accommodated and was good service
