Great service, good food for a gold club house and big screen TV for games. Nice service staff and very clean environment.

Great food and atmosphere, for a great price . .been here 5 times in the past 5 months. The kind of place you want to leave a generous tip as opposed to feeling the burden of leaving one.

This a place that I and many others drive by regularly, finally I deco to give it a try. The food was good the menus offered more than I would have expected. I tried the sand trap 2 eggs cooked to order your choice of protein and oatmeal with berries and bananas. Breakfast burritos, pancakes, country fried steak, French toast and more were also available. Prices were in the $10-15 range. Quick serve format order at the register and then seat your self. The inside is a modern take on mid mode. . Seating is comfortable views of the park and Carson St. parking is plentiful. Bathroom was clean and recently remodeled.

Arrived at 10:25am. Three other parties arrived after us. All were served and left before we were served. We even heard the people at the next table talking about how slow the service is. The waitress passed by our table at 11:10 and said, "Let me check on your order. Uh, yeah!! She probably should have checked after about 20 minutes instead of waiting 40. I heard her ask the cook about our food and very flippantly he replied, "I don't know." Waitress: "They've been waiting a long time!" Cook" Yeah, I know." We walked. We left $3 to cover the ice tea my husband ordered (without getting a refill). We used to love this place before the pandemic. It's walking distance from our house. Our entire family would meet there at least once a month in the past. Just not the same. We went to Fantastic Cafe on Studebaker and got our food in less than 10 mins. Heartwell Golf Course needs to do better before we go back. P.S. - How can you tell someone is new at waitressing? You ask for hot water and lemon and she brings you hot water in a tumbler with a straw. TIP: coffee mug with hot water in the little tin teapot.

We had tee time at 5p and didn’t start until 5:30pm. Lights were not turned on and we only got to Hole 8 because of the back up of the holes. We were really disappointed for having to pay full price for 18 holes and only being able to play 8. There was no information about closing time or lights not being turned on on any of the information I was able to find.

Fun little par 3, better be good with your irons if you want to make par...and your putter. Tee boxes are really weed infested and the sand traps..."no sand"! Just hard pack with weeds. No water in the "water hazards"! But still fun to play...

Nice 3 par course. Greens are a little tore up. They had a ladies tournament today and they took up the whole front 9 for hours. Several groups lagging behind so we could only play the back 9.

Really enjoyed playing this course. It can help you on your short game. I found it a bit challenging and it’s a pretty quick 18 hole. They also have friendly staff in the cafe. I would definitely go back.
