I’m from Louisiana and people don’t act like this, they are very nice and sweet, there and at work even more so! This was very un-American. The guy sounded like a dictator and One female was eating chicken behind the counter, they also have a skeleton menu.
If you're a fan of Louisiana fried chicken this is a quality location. These Louisiana fried chicken places are a dime a dozen in LA but at this location the service and food were outstanding. We came in a few minutes before closing and the owner Rumpol (I probably spelled that wrong) chose to stay open to cook from scratch a batch of chicken. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable explaining the difference in oils and cooking processes. The chicken was some of the best...
The chicken we ordered was good but I didn't like the wings and the shrimp fried rice wasn't all that great. Plus they only served 5-10 pieces of shrimp. For the price we paid, they should have served us way more shrimp. Other than that the cashiers was really nice.
