Waitress was drinking with a group of girls before we arrived. I had reserved a spot for a birthday party, but when we arrived, it was an absolute shit show. Our entire party was confused why the waitress was being rude and aggressive. Guess she really wanted that deposit we put down! Big disappointment, we were looking forward to this place.

This place is so very odd. I'd recommend heading to baby gee on 4th for good cocktails and vibes. Not only did the server completely ignore us when we ordered food at the bar they told us to come back to grab it, we let them know, were sitting outside and watching a sever serve other tables and unsure why she's not taking our orders and we'd prefer to have the food brought to us. The bartenders didn't know the drinks they had on their menus, and here's the thing, as a former bartender myself if a place is slammed I'll let some shit slide because I get it. The place was EMPTY. DEAD on a Friday night. Food was good, drinks were awful, service was horrendous.

I can't even count how many times I passed by this bar and wondered how it was and I finally went last Thursday on their RnB & LbC night ordered the prickly Piña, and the putacos de asada, neither of which were a disappointment I wish they would've added the curtido with them or put it on the side.

I have been here many many times, I'm a Longbeach native and I wanted to have my birthday party there. I have called and emailed and I have the impression that I'm being ignored. I will move on and look for another venue, that's not a problem. The problem is a lot of my friends and family are from the are and we are all familiar with the club. I have been there to support my fellow Salvadorians when they have events, such as the comidian hoozay. I spoke to Ricardo on the phone he sounded so excited for me left all my information, no one got back to me, then I emailed I did get a very generic reply, I replied back and haven't heard from Sandy at all. I plan big events so it takes moths of preparation and this is a bad business practice. Will look for a different venue because now I'm thinking I don't want my guest to be treated like this. Thank you

Stopped at Roxanne's on Sat evening for a bite to eat and cocktails this past weekend with a couple of friends. The food was delicious and the cocktails were unique & smooth. The service was great but not excellent but it's due to the limited staff which its understandable. Would definitely return to Roxanne's.
