Ruth's Chris Steak House

Not the type of crowd I'm used to very urban but food was reasonable I've had better at other locations not sure if there's a different distributor for meat. Friendly staff, but don't like the ambiance.

Our first time to this particular location. It didn't disappoint! The atmosphere is one of the best we've experienced at a Ruth Chris. Our Server, Tristan was phenomenal. Cory the GM stopped by to check in on us. We will definitely be back.

Yesterday was my 1 year wedding anniversary because i was feeling under the weather we decided to order to go shouldn’t of did that we ordered food had to wait roughly a hour first thing gone wrong second stuff chicken was very dry cream spinach runny i love love love ruth chris but please stay away from long beach if it is a special day for you from the wait to the disappointment with food it completely ruined my anniversary so disappointed

We had a wonderful experience at Ruth’s Chris, and I have to specifically shout out the manager, Amber. She was absolutely phenomenal! So personable, kind, and genuinely warm. You can truly tell she loves what she does, and that energy shows in how she interacts with guests.

Great customer service is hard to find these days, and Amber went above and beyond to make our dinner feel special. My mom and I left feeling welcomed, valued, and well taken care of. Thank you, Amber, for such an exceptional experience… you’re a true asset to this location!

Was in long beach for a conference and dropped in for dinner. Dined at the bar and the steak and sides were on point. Anthony and his team were amazing to watch. Anthony was training a new emoloyee while juggling about a dozen other tasks and never missed a beat. He has been with RC for over a decade and at the long beach location since it opened...RC you guys are lucky to have have leaders like Anthony on your team. Cheers

Serena, was the best waitress, very attentive, pleasant, patient, accommodating. The food outstanding. The hostesses, Izzy and Emelly were very pleasant and accommodating as well. Excellent customer service, food, and experience. Highly recommend.

Ruth Chris is a reputable restaurant but I believe don't dine based on name alone. The steaks were tasteless and one of our side dishes was lukewarm at best, lobster mac n cheese. The price and value definitely did not equal the meal me and my two sons had. Someone breezed by our table to see how the meal was .. I didn't get the impression he was genuinely interested because he never stopped walking. We lol. Maybe he expected an undeserved positive response, which led me to write this review. The waitress was great.

Came in today for Thanks Giving dinner. Mario was our waiter, and was friendly, and a pleasure to deal with. All his helpers did a great job, they brought us everything we asked for and needed. Food was great, and we were very happy!!

We are soooo happy that there is a Ruth's Chris in Long Beach the city we love. We go for Thanksgiving and other special occasions. Our favorite menu item is ribeye. They never disappoint

What a great way to spend Thanksgiving 2025..Food was delicious the whole ambiance was very nice. Servi e was friendly and very accommodating. Would highly recommend.
