Had an amazing experience at Ruth's Chris last night. Went with my wife and another couple for my wife's birthday and we were far from disappointed. Made a reservation for 7:00 pm and was seated pretty much right on time. The table was decorated with some birthday decor and the restaurant had provided a nice birthday card for my wife.We each ordered a steak, two of the 11oz. filets and two of the 16 oz. ribeyes, as well as two orders of the garlic mashed potatoes and one order of the sweet potato casserole. We also all had a cocktail with my wife ordering a cocktail that the server and bar staff were happy to accommodate (even asking what kind of flavors and notes she would like and making a drink based on that).Our wakt for the food was minimal and everything came out sizzling hot. The steaks came out a bit undercooked but that didn't even matter as they were so delicious. They were tender and flavorful, and we all wanted more after we were finished.The sides were also great, with the mashed potatoes being smooth and buttery. They could have used more salt and garlic, but that may just be personal preference. The real breakout star, though, was the sweet potato casserole. It was unlike any sweet potato dish I've had before, with the right amount of sweet and buttery goodness. The pecan crust gave this dish an almost desert like quality to it. I would highly recommend this dish to anyone.For desert, my wife and I ordered the creme brulee which was perfectly creamy and had a perfectly burnt sugar top. Our friends ordered the chocolate sin cake and said it was also delicious, with a nice, rich taste to it.I would like to give a special shout out to our server Haley who was amazing and on top of everything for our entirebtime there, as well as Eduardo who helped her out with making sure our drinks were full and everything was going well with us.Overall, this experience was above and beyond anything we could hope for and we will definitely be returning.Parking: We parked a couple blocks away in the structure near the Long Beach Terrace Theater and paid $15. There are a couple other parking options near the area but that was the most convenient.

West and his entire team are amazing, charismatic, and take the drink menu to a new level. Adding flair and flavors that go beyond what the menu describes.Plus they can do a blended daiquiri. Don't leave many reviews, but have to give some love to this place. It was next level.First off, big shoutout to Serena, our wonderful waitress. She deserves a gold medal for her top-tier service. She was on point from start to finish, making sure we felt like VIPs the whole time. Seriously, Serena, you're killing it!And have to give props to the rest of the team we had the pleasure of interacting with: Tavo, Moshe, Trent, Grace, and Haley. These folks helped to elevate our experience and were all so warm and welcoming. Kudos to you all!Now, onto the main event—the food. The ribeye steak was out of this world, cooked to absolute perfection. And don't even get me started on the cheesecake—it was like a slice of heaven on a plate. And I don't even like cheesecake like that. Also recommend the bread pudding.Long story short, if you're looking for a dining experience that's off the charts, look no further than this Ruth's Chris Steak House location. Always wanted to try something different from Maestro and Lawrys so i decided to give Ruth Chris a try for my 40th Birthday. We had a table for 10 and I wish we could of had our table set with a waiter that was more patient and not over talking you. It was cute my name was printed on the Menu a few of the menus I noticed my name was mispelled no biggie. We had to ask other waiters for bread and butter. Our food finally came out our entree hot and sides lukewarm. Entree was delicious however wish I could of fully enjoyed it with my sides.When it was time to pay We ask to split our payments our waiter was agitated at this point I ask for the Manager. Enough was enough we paid a good amount of money and paid 18% gratuity for service we received from other waiters, sides were lukewarm and our waiter I don't think ever smiled. The Manager came over and was able to split payments our waiter came by and got upset and walked away saying loudly Jesus. I ask the Manager if she heard and seen what happened she Said yes and will talk to him later. I'm a firm believer of Customer Service. I did not feel appreciated by our waiter. I went to Ruth to enjoy my birthday with family and friends and instead im writing on the lack of service received tonight.

Went with my sistah and niece, and it was my nieces fancy birthday dinner. The atmosphere was lovely. The attention to detail was amazing. Our menus said happy 18th birthday on them, and the table had celebration confetti.Blue berry mojitos all around were fantastic. Our server Dee was amazing she made our table smile ? she helped with menu choices, and the food did not disappoint!!
