just got back from northern thailand and was really missing the food. my gf in particular especially missing this soup kuay teow reua aka thai boat noodles. well, this place popped up and we gave it shot and let me say it did not miss. the soup tasted almost exactly like it did in chiang mai, and their garlic crispy pork 🤌🏽 we threw in an order of pad see ew because why not and it also slapped. what can i say, i may have found my new fave thai spot. a very khap khun krap to the owners 🙏🏽

Fantastic place! I loved their garlic asparagus and fried rice. The ambiance was claming and open with plenty of natural light. We got a good recommendation from the staff for their mango sticky rice which was the best I've ever had. And she was right: their mangoes were so sweet and just right!

Not sure what the hype was when I had this myself. The reviews are bombarded with 5-stars... It was not special and if anything, I could find a similar noodle bar somewhere else. Service is superb and friendly which cannot be ignored.

I got racially profiled as soon as I walked in. Treated like I was a bother. Sticky rice tasted like onions . They used the same knife for everything . Horrible.
Delicious food, very popular
Good is always delicious. They are always happy to see us and are friendly.

This place is amazing. I can't believe I've passed by it so many times. Be ready to share; do not believe you will eat your own ordered dish.

Tucked on a quiet street near the LBX, with a mysteriously closed teashop and the best breakfast burrito spot (hi, Cluck & Blaze), S.T. Noodle Bar is a welcome addition to Long Beach’s Thai scene. I brought my mom, the unofficial Thai food critic of our family, and we were pleasantly surprised. I had the Khao Soi and mango sticky rice, while she stuck with her tried-and-true pad thai. Flavorful, comforting, and satisfying, but let’s not kid ourselves: it’s not Chiang Rai-level greatness. Still, it’s earned a spot in our LB Thai rotation. Plus, any place that impresses mom? Deserves a return visit.

Arrived at 8:30 PM and was denied service because they were “closed”. Keep in mind google & their entrance door says 9PM. How about you update your hours instead? If you close at 8:30 then stop advertising your hours are until 9pm. Was recommended this place but that attitude will have my family and I never returning again.

My friend and I went there a while ago for the first time. The area surrounding is nice, the vibes inside are good, good layout/space between tables. It is a bit pricey i won't lie, but the food was good. It wasn't the best noodles I've had but they were good enough for me to want to go back. The size of the fountain drink was huge, can definitely be shared with another person.

My boss & I went here for a spur of the moment lunch after an offsite meeting. As usual at great places, there was a wait. We decided to eat the bar. The service was fast, the servers & bartender were nice. It was my first visit & the food was delicious. We started with BBQ ribs, had pork dumplings, pork chop fried rice, & cabbage. The presentation of the pork chop fried rice reminded me of katsu.
The food was good & we had leftovers!
