Customer service here isn't the best experience. As a person of color, my order has been skipped one too many times... that's all I'll say. Definitely try Birdcage down the street. The owner is the sweetest & the coffee is so much better!

I understand that the good reviews posted are mainly based on the quality of the coffee and their cakes, however, I have tried to go to this place 3 times and have this to say......don't waste your time going before 10 am! What kind of coffee shop offering food brings out their breakfast items after 10 am?! Further the guy that works the counter is slow and rude and could care less if you come back after 10 or not. The only thing I will say is when I did get food (my first visit), it was good, however it took about 25 minutes to get a bagel and coffee. So, have patience and time if you want to check this place out. And don't be too hungry because you may or may not get anything other than a cookie!

Saint and Sinner bakery exceeded my expectations for my baby shower cake. Wonderful customer service. They crafted a beautiful and simple design that perfectly captured the occasion, all while being super affordable. The buttercream frosting was not only delicious but also impeccably smooth and creamy. It was a hit with all the guests, and I couldn't have been happier with how it turned out. My Saint and Sinner bakery is definitely my go-to for all my future cake needs!"

I love Long Beaches coffee scene. So many quaint coffee shops. Hawaiian latte was very good Parking was relatively easy street as well as free parking lot. Baked goods were okay, depending on what ur looking for. I personally didn't enjoy the scones I had. But the latte was great. Well priced and just an overall great neighborhood spot.

As others have mentioned, there's a public parking structure right across the street. Free 2 hour parking. Take advantage of that when you come here! Also, pro tip. Get here early so that you can have more bakery options to choose from. Once they're gone, they're gone! Until tomorrow, of course. I stumbled upon this place one weekend when my wife went to a baby shower. I needed somewhere to sit and get some work done. I always want to try out new coffee shops especially when I'm in a new area. We rarely venture to Long Beach, so looked up Yelp and found this place. I'm glad I did! The shop itself is not small, but not big. It had a decent amount of seating and there are plenty of windows to keep things bright. I got here around 11am on a Saturday so there weren't many items left. However! There was a garlic cheddar biscuit left so I snagged that one and ordered a latte. Because I got it to enjoy in the store, they brought it out in a mug (which I love) with the biscuit warmed up. The biscuit was fantastic. I always love myself a cheddar garlic biscuit. So good... The latte was good too, but wasn't necessarily one that stood out either way. By that, I mean that it isn't mind blowing (which is totally ok!), and it wasn't terrible. It was enjoyable and it paired well with the biscuit. If I'm in the area, I would definitely come back again.

Solid option but nothing outstanding. Was a bit disappointed by the icing on the cinnamon roll, it mostly tastes like tangy butter and nothing else. Barely sweet, but I know some people like that.

Get your valentines some heart-shaped conchas! They were so delicious fresh out of the oven! They were a big hit. All my coworkers and family loved them! Also, the Iced Tres Leches latte was so good! Can't wait to go back for more!

The food is good. The drinks are great. The ambiance is irrelevant because it's never open. Do you live in DTLB and want to pick up a coffee for your drive to work or have a breakfast pastry? Too bad. They're not open. What about an afternoon coffee or snack? Too bad. They're only open for 4 hours.

Needed to log in and give this 5 stars after having their in house made sourdough bread with jam. It was only $3 and I’m going to be thinking about it all week and probably get more, the bread was heavenly and I’m not even usually a sourdough fan. 100% the best bread in Long Beach and even LA that I’ve had. I used to live in Europe so I was missing fresh bread more than I realized.

I love their scones. Yesterday when I went they were almost sold out of one my favorites, honey cinnamon. The chocolate chip was already sold out. Gotta get there early if you want some Deliciousness for breakfast or with afternoon tea.

My favorite place everrrrr!!! There's only one person working in front so you'll wait for a bit before ordering but I've never had a problem with it because it's always worth it for the coffee and the SCONES UGH TO DIE FOR

The coffee was bland. Nothing special about it at all. The bagels were good. The man who took our order (male and had glasses) was rude and looked like he didn't want to be there.

1guy at the counter and he was busy. He didn't stress and let us know ahead of time the sandwiches were going to have a little bit of a wait.

Great place for a scone and some coffee. Definitely must try their scones! The Orange Cranberry Scone is SO good. Personable service, and some seating available inside. I will add that the two times I've been in the shop, it's been really warm inside. They also have really good customer service, which I experienced putting in a custom order via email.
