Some recent changes have occurred at the LB Towne Center. Change is good. HOWEVER, there are a few things that are not customer friendly. When, as a customer, I shared my concerns; I am met with faces with no affect, negative attitudes, and a “oh well” demeanor. It’s really frustrating to come to a store for so many years, and feel unappreciated as a long time customer.
