I will shop this place any time of the day no matter how crowded. Parking is never an issue ,another plus is they have scan and go, you can skip the lines for self checkout or cashier. I have no problem making a last minute trip there.

I came here right after it opened. There was a huge line at the membership counter. After shopping for a cart full of items, the line was already extensively long. This was within 45 minutes of their opening time. I had purchased a take & bake pizza and at the checkout, the guy placed my pizza completely sideways! All the toppings fell off and were on the side! I told him that he had just ruined my pizza, so he picked up the pizza and shook it to get the toppings spread around the top of the pizza again. I asked for a new pizza and I was made to go retrieve it myself! Rude! I'll come here again, but I have zero expectations at the checkout!

For the lady that checks your guests into the club, very rude and unprofessional. I have brought my emotional support dog with me multiple times to this location and not one employee has ever told me anything about not being able to bring my dog inside while i shop for my necessities. We are no harm to anyone.

The employees here are always super friendly (like visiting a chick fil a lol) I come here A LOT (like daily lol they all know me by face even with a mask). Everyone is usually very helpful and friendly. Any I do I need they get it for me. Patient and willing to go above and beyond. Sometimes they're out of things I need (like wings they almost never have wings) but usually I'm in and out with what I came for. The sushi here is bomb too

I usually have no issues at Sam's. But today my husband and I went in to get some household items. And of course we walked by the Jewelry counter and I saw a ring I really liked and wanted to try it on. So of course we asked for help and we waited a little while no problem we understand it's a little busy. Late night rush before closure. So then someone comes, not sure if she was manager but she had on a green vest didn't catch her name. We were greeted with "what do you wanna buy?" I'm okay!! Can I see that ring? She proceeds to take the ring out and then she says "I can show the ring" but you can't try it on. Do you know size ring you are? This ring is a size 7!!!" I'm like wow!!!! I'm not gonna spend 2k on a ring you won't let me try on. We were just in shock..Not sure if it's because of covid rules. But if your not gonna allow customers to try on Jewelry place a size up. "MERCHANDISE DISPLAYED MAY NOT BE TRIED ON) We just thought it was b*********

Love going to Sam's Club! They have everything I need at better prices than most grocery stores. And I love that I can do one stop shopping here. Even better is using the scan n go feature in their app. If you'd rather avoid the long lines (especially on weekends) use the scan n go feature!
Reasonable prices in bulk! Satisfied with my membership. They have stuff you normally don't find at Costco & that's helpful. Will definitely keep shopping here.

Store is ok. Could stand to be a bit cleaner. Customer service I can't really speak on because I have scan and go which is the greatest thing invented. Hard to find an employee when you need one. Overall, just ok.

I purchased a Sam's club membership through Groupon and redeemed it in the store. The lady I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and told me I could either wait to receive my card in the mail or go to their membership services in store. Today, the worker who helped me out was fast, and friendly. I was done in 10 minutes and was ready to shop ! I liked how less crowded it was compared to Costco. They also have way more variety of foods at a great price. I got a good amount got stuff like: danish, croissants, chips, fruits, etc. Check out was easy and fast.. no crazy lines ! On my way out I stopped by the food court and tried the $1 churro which was crispy and fresh. The $1 chocolate yogurt was delish as well. The pizza was ok! Overall I enjoyed my first trip to a Sam's club and look forward to coming back.
