They're super understaffed. It's frustrating for both the customers and the staff. I get it. They might have like 2-3 employees behind the counter, but there's like 20 people waiting in line with another 20 people waiting for food. If you don't mind waiting, it's not a bad place to grab something cheap for lunch. But otherwise, the wait can be long especially during peak hours.

The shopping experience at Sam's is alot more pleasant than Costco. Less crowded, self checkout, scan a d go all great. Food Court food, not as good. Pizza doesn't compare to Costco, churros are not fresh n hot, pretzels are not fresh tasting either. I crave Costco food. As much as a try because of the convenience, I never crave sams food.

Sadly they are not ready for the scan n go type food ordering. Poor employees are definitely understaffed. 20 minutes and still no ice cream. Couldn't get a refund at the Cafe, would have to go stand in line at customer service. 2nd time now, before it was much, much better.

Five stars on a Cafe, not the same as a 5 star restaurant . The pretzel is my favorite, prices can't be beat for a quick bite. From here the scan and go app is a huge time saver.

Good price for Guinness Stout. My horse gets a bottle per day to help with anhidrosis.
Gas prices are good here. And the location is convenient.
I don't buy food or other items here.

The food is great, but the employees are so rude. I waited an hour for an online order and the guy giving out the food seemed like he didn’t want to be there. I kindly asked how my food was coming along and he said that he’d check up on that and totally didn’t. I understand that sometimes food can take awhile, especially during busy hours, but this wasn’t the case. People were coming up and getting their food even though they got there later than I did, and their number in line was bigger than mine. When I finally asked again, he said he’d check up on it again, and he takes out the WARMER, meaning my order was ready all along. This isn’t the first time this has happened to me. The Manager really needs to do something about the employees.
